all I was prescribed was some weak a** sleeping pills. I think the doctor was trying to suggest that it could be something psychological...Doesn't sound like something he would suggest though.

I mean I didn't think a medical doctor would lead to something psychological is what I'm saying.

Lately it doesn't feel like I can't sleep as much as I keep going til my body feels like I can't take anymore. usually meaning sleeping a little later as usual every day.

You need to try sleeping at a regular time, I had this same thing.

very strange, its like it shifts.
I go through this period of insomnia and then I go through these periods where I sleep way too damn much. It like it switches every week.
I think I actually need to talk to a doctor about depression.

Made a cake the other day. Got some days off, been trying to use the new dream world feature for the pokemans. Nothing particularly interesting, oh reading some H.P. Lovecraft.
