Alcy chuckled softly as she glanced sideways at Kaggy. "He probably smells some sort of food somewhere. Probably one of those two has something with them." And sure enough, Yuki snuffled right up to Kaoru, before he stared up at him with big, hopeful eyes, his little tail wagging furiously. She sighed, shaking her head. "Little beggar..."

Under her breath, Kaggy muttered, "Takes one to find one," before looking up and whistling innocently.

Watari smiled, giving the young woman a bow. "Might I interest you in some tea while you await the arrival of said person?" he asked, trying to be of some help to the young lady and get out of Kaoru's way, giving the twin a single apologetic smile.

Kaoru moved past the host-in-training, only to be stopped by the dog. He had some onigiri that he'd made last night but he wasn't certain that they would be all right for a dog to eat. Heck, he wasn't even certain humans should eat them. Focusing on the dog, he reached down to scratch behind his ears. "I'd give you some, little guy, but I can't don't think you're mistress wants you to have this."

Yuki closed his eyes, pushing his head up into the scratching fingers, as if he were a cat, ignoring Kaoru's words and trying to be as cute as possible to get the food he smelled. Alcy laughed, still watching the dog. "Don't worry about it. If he wants it, it's safe for him to eat. Yuki's a smart little guy." He barked as if to confirm this, his tiny tongue hanging out of his mouth as he panted excitedly.

"Can't be that smart if he's accepting something Hitachiin made," Kaggy drawled. She tilted her head. "Then again, this is the fluffball that lives with Alcy."

Alcy smirked, glancing back at Kaggy. "How do you think I manage to live on my own without severe catastrophes befalling me? I'm pretty sure the little guy's smarter than I am, at least in some ways."

Watari smiled at that and bowed, motioning for her to follow him over to a set of chairs with a table between them. "Please, have a seat. Do you have a tea preference... or perhaps a sweet of some kind?"

Kaoru wrinkled his nose, before shaking his head at Kaggy. "No, you're the only one who'd die if you actually tried being nice," he murmured, before he pulled out a rice ball and unwrapping it, revealing a rather decent and professional looking rice ball with salmon in the middle. "Well, if you really think its okay, then you can have it, Yuki-sama," he told the dog, before holding it out for him.

Alcy squinted indignantly at Kaggy. "Yes, in some ways. Is it that hard to believe that I can be more intelligent than a dog?" She turned to look back at her dog, calling out "No offense, Yucchan!" Yuki ignored her, instead gratefully eating the riceball with a happy yip, before licking the hand holding in in thanks, his tiny tail wagging furiously.

"um...just normal sweet tea please" Ashi answered as shy as ever. She looked around at every one they all seemed to be having lots of fun.

Kaggy tilted her head, pretending to think. "Let me see...yes, yes it is hard to believe that. Very, very hard." Then, she turned to look at the fluffball who had just inhaled the riceball. "Then again, not that hard with this dog. Better check to make sure it's not poisoned, Alcy."

Watari nodded and moved to get the tea, before carrying the tea set and two cups on a tray. "So, what brought you here besides this mysterious boy you're waiting for?" he asked as he poured some tea for the two of them once he'd set the tray down.
