Ferbe growled competitively, smirking and splashing him back. The instincts from her tiger blood demanded that she purge the territory of these intruders, but she kept them under control.

Beth sat and looked at Sakura for a while, then an idea hit her. "Hey, I think everyone's headed for the pool. Why don't I go find an unclaimed room, we both get changed and we can go join them for a nice dip, and maybe follow that up with a good snack?"
((Note: I'm going to be gone till late Sunday, and depending on my energy, I might not be on till Monday. Sorry. Have a good weekend, and hope all Americans had a good 4th))

Sakura glanced at her wings, and shrugged. "I'm...not sure if I can swim anymore. But I can at least dip my feet in." She smiled. "Meet you in a few?"

wakeing he found himself with a butlernlooking concerned. smiling he waved him away while standing. he changewd into a nice pair of swiming trunks and went out side ot the outdoor pool.

Beth smiled. "Well, you'll never know unless you try, right? I mean, almost all cats hate water, and I can't wait to get in. Sure, meet you in a few." With a smile, she walked out into the hall.
Using her keen sense of smell, Beth was able to tell which rooms had been claimed by the others. Finding one that didn't have anyone's scent in it, she opened the door and checked it out.
It was amazing. A large four-poster bed with a canopy and drapes, just like she'd always dreamed of. The room was large and had everything she could ask for; plush rugs on the floor, a desk and chair in one corner, huge windows along the back wall.
She was still examining the room with a giddy feeling when a maid came in. After describing the kind of suit she wanted (a one piece with cut outs in the sides, stomach and back so that it was almost like a bikini. A short time later, the maid reappeared with the suit.
Slipping into it and grabbing some towels, Beth headed back down the hall to check on Sakura. Reaching the other girl's room, she knocked on the door. "Sakura? You ready to go?"
((I'll remind everyone of this later, but pre-warning that I'll be gone for about a week coming up here. We're leaving Saturday and either coming home Thursday or Friday. I'll be back on by next Saturday at the latest. We're going camping which means no compy/internets.))

Once Sakura had changed into her swimsuit, and recieved a towel, she poked her head out the door. "Yep. I'm all good to go."

As Michael was splashing the two of them, Riley had gotten an idea. She grabbed his head and put it under water, dunking his whole head under. Riley resurfaced and began laughing.

(*stretches* ... all right, I guess it's been long enough. Sorry for my absence. I'm getting back into things now.))
When he first stepped into the mansion, Simon simply stopped. His mouth hung open as he took in the magnificient artwork, the chandeliers, the elegant staircase... Even when he had been human, his family had lived in a townhouse. To go from a cell to this... it was mind-boggling.
Simon slowly wandered upstairs, feeling self-conscious about his skin. It hadn't mattered back in the facility, but he left a slight residue on anything he touched. He didn't dare put his hands on the railings and tried to keep off the carpet.
At the end of a hallway, he finally found the courage to open one of the doors. "Hello?" he called out cautiously as the door creaked open.
To his surprise, inside was a fairly modern room. Done in whites and light pastels, the furniture was streamlined and synthetic. A high window cast light over the room, making it seem welcoming.
Simon brushed his fingers over one of the chairs. Plastic... he thought, looking at the shiny material. Even if I sit on this, it won't do any damage. He grinned. I think I might like it here.
Laughs and splashes came from outside the window, and he looked over to see several of the kids already in the pool. "Not a bad idea," he said out loud.
Still wearing the yellow swimsuit from the facility, Simon headed downstairs and, after some searching, managed to find the indoor pool. He sank into the heated water with a sigh of contentment. Playing around was all well and good, but he wanted to relax a little first.

Beth smiled. "Ok, sounds like a plan." Walking down and following the sounds of splashing and happy voices to the swimming pool. "Looks like you three are having fun," she called with a laugh. "Mind if two more join in?"

diving in he surfeces with chatering teeth. crap it's cold swimming around for a bit he got used to the water's temputare.

Michael Surfaced and coughed. He got some water up his nose which is the only thing he hated about going swimming."oh Ha ha Laugh it up. I'll get you later on for that." He smirked.
