The wing split into two after ramming through Miiro's blade, sending several feathers spinning in the opposite direction in which the wing was flying. However, the two parts circled back, one aiming for Miiro and the other aiming for Tenzuki.

This time, the wing didn't split like it did the first time. It pressed against Miiro's sword, trying to push him back. Dusk on the other hand, used this opportunity to teleport, leaving a wavering image behind in which the sand passed through and continued towards the army. The first line was hit, some of the soldiers screamed as the sand hit their eyes, being careless enough to not protect their eyes. The other soldiers in the front line were more careful, but their efforts had slowed down tremendously since the sand hindered their sight.

Dusk reappeared behind Miiro, the heat radiating from his wings could be felt at such a distance, but he didn't mind if Miiro knew or not. One of his other wings came off and reformed into a shield that rested on his forearm and three blades sticking out from the end, similar to claws. He lowered his arm so that he could sweep it upwards at Miiro's back.

Dusk didn't take into account about what he would do if Miiro slipped. He gave out a short yelp when Miiro fell onto his shield, knocking both of them backwards. But Dusk managed to catch himself partially and used his free hand to prevent himself from completely falling into the sand. He held himself up in what looked like a sitting position, and he glared down at the one who had caused them to fall to the ground, "You incompetent klutz!"

Of course with the way things were at now, he had fallen to where his legs were pinned under Miiro, "Get off of me!"

"So it is," Dusk smirked, standing up, digging one foot into the sand, and then kicking the small mound of sand that had rested on the top of his foot towards Miiro's face.

Dusk tried to step back, but the sword slashed across his chest, leaving a deep wound that trickled blood down his abdomen. He winced in pain, but shortly after, the wing that was previously cut in half separated into several blade-like feathers and flew around Miiro, creating a dome structure with the points all aimed at Miiro, though they remained there, hovering in the air so that Dusk could talk to Miiro before attempting to turn him into a pin cushion, "So is there anything you would like to say before I kill you?"

Dusk's eye twitched upon hearing Miiro say that, "And you should know that my answer will be 'no'!"

The feathers flew right towards Miiro while Dusk held a hand to the wound that was on his chest.

Dusk watched with widened eyes, and then angrily thrust his shield down vertically to block the attack, or at least he hoped. He remembered how his previous encounter with Miiro showed that he was capable of phasing through solid objects. Of course he didn't know if Miiro was the wolf from before, but he assumed that some wolves held similar abilities.
