I've already considered that the extra characters are probably unlockable and appear as you get farther in the game, but why are certain characters' pictures moved around?

Certain characters are moved to go with who they belong, take Mario's row for example

since Mario is the lead character to the Mario series he goes first, then Luigi and Peach.

see what i mean?

soo, Bowser being WAAAAY over there tells me there's at LEAST one more hidden character. judging from his position it'd be another 3rd party character, but it's doubted...atleast from me anyways...

of course i'm on to somthing, i stared at that for an hour and noticed how many times people are getting swticed around...some evidence shows they're not finished with Event mode.

so maybe two more unlockables cuz of Bowser and how Lucario is shifted a bit...
