Mekania
I think this project was assigned to humble us a little bit since my school is mainly comprised of snobby rich kids that go all the way to Beverly Hills to shop for clothes because they simply can''t buy from anywhere else. I weep in shame everytime I overhear a conversation about a $450 pair of jeans. A pair of pre-ripped jeans.
$450?!!
eek Pre-ripped?!!
eek mad That is just so wrong. The most I have ever spent on pants was probably $40, $50 tops. And thats Canadian, not American >_>;
Anyway, I got kindof the opposite when I moved out and got a job. I get something like $11 or $11.50 an hour, and my only living expense is $250/month rent, which includes food.
As compared to living in poverty with my debt-ridden mother, with lunch money of $1/week which I spent on a can of coke every friday, or sometimes I would go a week w/out coke, and get a slice of pizza the next week. But it was a drink-less pizza slice.
My lifestyle is so inexpensive
heart I loves it
