Well the idea behind that is the electric field of one person can be changed by another.
Like something true that happened is I am keeping my arms out and not let him push them down. Then he waved his hand down from my head to my stomach then a way or somethign like that then he pushed on my arms, and no matter how much I tried, my arms where easily pushed down

Some people call it chi, other call it electricity fields, etc but it works
