Another fluke to his name. This was weird. A prodigy a boy who had awakened his Sharingan in the Acadamy who had taken down another's bloodline limit with his Sharingan had messed up his Handseal twice now. What was wrong. He was undoubtedly one of the number one students in his class as of now why was he doing so bad on this Handseal. He had raced through the others in seconds. He was determined to do the same for all of them .

Handseals
The first thing the students needed to learn were the handseals that made the jutsus possible. So I set them to learning all twelve. The handseals can be found here. The rules are as follows: Roll a d20 for each seal, one at a time. They must get a 10 or higher in order to correctly perform a seal. Each seal must be performed once correctly before being learned. Use the formula: [d20 + Int Mod = (#)]. I had the students post the following stats in each post:
[d20 + (1) Int = (7)]
Seal:11
DC: 10
Total Seals Learned:10
If the students learned all twelve seals properly, they received +10 Experience and +1 Int.
No Hp cost, no Cp cost.
This skill cannot be trained more than once.

He looked unto his last seal with delight he had finished it so quickly and efficiently. Now it was time to finish officially mastering all handseals. In a mere minute and a half he had completed his handseals in there entirety. a task that would take others days and weeks it was amazing. But now it was time to finish the seal and move on to jutsu.

He then moved on to jutsu. Moving and navigating through book for a moment. With a few flips of the pages he had found a few jutsu he could learn. Henge no Jutsu one of the easiest but good for a start. He began the demonstration with first attempting a crude object. In the library therere wasn''t much of anything that was crude it was all clean and solid. Although a piece of furniture would work all the same as a rock. so he went for it. He laid down the handseals and exerted a little chakra.

Henge no Jutsu:
I decided to use this skill as the first Jutsu to learn. The children's determination will flow faster if I introduce a Jutsu to them first. During this exercise, I used these rules:
Roll a 1d20. You must get an 11 or higher to successfully complete hand seal and transform into a crude image of the object. (We used a large stone) It was required of each student to successfully attempt this 5 times for the first day of training.
I had each student post the following stats with each training post;
Cp: 4
Train: ?/5
Experience: 10/100
If a student successfully performed the jutsu, he was awarded +1 Experience and -2Cp. If a student failed an attempt, he would lose -1Cp. To regain Cp they had to rest for one post to gain back +2Cp.
Part II
The final part of the training is done much like the first. I picked an object for the students to transform into, by using the seal of the tiger or sheep, they would transform. After they did their transformation, I would make them hold it for 2 minutes.
Cp: -2 for succesful transformation + -1 per minute held
Train: ?/4
Experience: +10 Experience for completion
Formula: 1d20 + Chakra Control
DC: 10
To regain Cp the would have to rest for one post and recieve +1Cp.

A fluke he believed it to be. He was a disgraceful piece at this point. Pushing n he retrye the form this time with a little more chakra. Most likely the problem as his Uchiha blood would have ensured a near perfection of the jutsu. He laid down the handseals and laid still on the last one. Holding it and holding it as a light blue aura enveloped him. Making a thick light blue atmosphere aound his body.

Sujin, stepped casually up to the library steps trying to tie his robe in a new position. The thing never want to cooperate. As he reached the library door he just decided to leave it how it was. The place smelled of knowledge and Sujin breathed it in deeply. Flashing his headband to the man behind the desk the boy took the stairs down into the basement were the justu section was. After searching only for a second, he snatched two small pamphlets. As he walked back Sujin read the cover's to himself. "Kakuremino no Jutsu" and "Nawanuke no Jutsu" he felt oddly pathetic, but somehow he had let these jutsu slip by him for too many years. Today he would just sit down and learn them himself. the man at the front desk fumbled around with the books as he wrote down their names, he gave odd glances at the ornate tattoos on Sujin's chest. He didn't care, that was the point of tattoos wasn't it?

He stood outside the library for a moment, thinking of a place to train quietly by himself. The Training grounds he suspected would be the most pleasant. So he set off.

Xen entered the doors of Library, it's atmosphere seeming almost immediately akin to a temple. There was a silence about this place that seemed to echo throughout the dusty isles. Xen rather liked it here.

He walked forward toward the front desk. He gave a small polite grin that was subtle, but still present, it was more his tone that offered the pleasantness he tended to socialize with. "Hello, pardon but, I was wondering, I'm an academy student," he reached into his coat with the hand which didn't hold his coffee and withdrew his Student ID, holding it up. "I was wondering if you had any of the spare scrolls for the Henge Jutsu."

The Woman at the counter nodded to him. "Ah yes, the Henge Jutsu? One moment please." She seemed to be searching their records. "Yes, we have a few copies available for check out."

Xen chuckled "That won't be necessary, I won't need to check it out, if I could just be given some time to study it I should be able to make due. Also, if when your done with that...." his glasses seemed to flash even in the dim light. "Could you show me to the public records?"

Xen's eyes poored over the scroll in the candle light. Despite that outside the sun was rising, inside the Library it seemed eternally dark, a nocturnal sanctuary for the knowledge and numerous scrolls gathered here. By the light of single candle he'd occupied a desk, papers and folders spread about it. He took one final sip of his coffee and crunched up the cup, He'd have to get some more cups when he he stopped by the store later. Tossing it into the waste bin next to the desk, he continued to peruse. over the papers laid before him.

He stroked his chin thoughtfully before pushing up his glasses with a single finger. 'Hmm...' He'd already managed to look at and return the Henge Jutsu, it had looked simple enough, though Jutsu were always deceptively so. Still, he'd be able to go master it once he was done here, but that wasn't what was bothering him. He was now looking into an entirely separate matter all together. He didn't really know what he expected to find, surely it wouldn't be as easy as checking the public records, but this was really more of a precautionary measure, if anything could be learned, about it, this would be the quickest and simplest step to take.

He Shut and slid aside the folder he'd been looking at, and slid over the next one...

General Information DC:10
Research:4
Roll:10+4=14

Xenon's eyes lit up with interest and they darted about the page, his intellect absorbing the information. 'This is it...this was what that instinct was trying to tell me.'

"Do you need any help?" The young woman asked poking her head around some shelves.

Xenon smiled "No..no i think this is all I'll need...thank you."

(I didn't know what Rima was like, and didn't want to OOC her so I just implied that interaction.)

Xenon Exited the library that much lighter for having been rid of that book and seen it properly destroyed...for indeed he wouldn't leave till it was. Miss Rima was indeed an interesting sort.
He now had a theory as to why they'd ranked this particular mission a D ranked... the Note book he had reason to believe held influence over whoever picked it up...that would explain the boy from earlier's reaction...if they assigned a Genin or lower to the job, if they found it and fell under it's spell, it would be an easy matter to put them down...he blinked. Clever, sounded like a plan he would come up with.

He let out a long sigh and lifted his glasses up to rub the bridge of his nose. Well, that was finished... his very first mission was a success...still...he took his "reward" out his coat.

....An apple?

He shrugged, and took a single bite.

End Mission Odd Rumors...

(And I'll take a potato chip...AND EAT IT!!! Kudos if anyone gets that joke.)

Xenon was peeling over the scroll, his eyes intense as his mind memorized every single note of the jutsu. He peeled through numerous scrolls, numerous papers written on the jutsu, indeed, because this jutsu in particular was such a base technique, he found that it had many different forms. Indeed, this jutsu in particular was almost a finger print. Because the jutsu was designed to cleanse the body, and especially the mind, every Shinobi had to alter the jutsu to fit there own style, their own form.

He rolled up the scroll in front of him. This research...it would do him no good. No, once he learned the basics, it was up to him to find his own way...still, it's not like that would change anything...he was used to going his way... he stood up and straightened his coat... he would go back to the training field... it was time to begin...

Kimiko shivered slightly as she left and took a long breath of fresh air, letting the sun warm her. She really didn't like that place. She'd been there before looking for books, but every time the dark oppressive atmosphere of the place got to her. After checking the scrolls still in her hands, Kimiko stared an easy and innocent walk, her feet raising straight like a child's sometimes did when they were walking somewhere in no particular hurry.

Two more jutsu... she just had two more stupid jutsu and she'd be able to keep training... then she could seriously get down to business... that Maboroshi would regret he ever challenged her... well... technically it was her that challenged him first...but... OH WHO CARED! She'd beat him...he wanted the fight of his life, she'd give it to him.

Xenon entered the library with a slow walk, tossing his coffee cup into the trash before entering. Effectively soothed by the places atmosphere, he approached the counter, addressing the woman on duty, who in fact was used to seeing him here.

"What can I help you with today mister Maboroshi?" The woman said with a pleasant small that was subtle, but welcoming.

"I was wondering if you had anything on the Shadow intimidation jutsu, also I would like to know where I might find information on foreign clans."

She pointed "The clan information for each of the villages is about two floors down in the right half of the building, as for the the Jutsu, I should think that it's with our unclassified Genjutsu."

Xenon nodded "Thank you. I appreciate it." she nodded before he turned and followed her vague directions. He knew where she was talking about though, he knew this library rather well. There were of course sections he wasn't allowed in, the classified jutsu for those of higher rank, and those containing secrets that were likewise for those of higher rank. He began his search for his desired information.
