Kari clenched her teeth, it was getting to be too much to stand. She clenched her fists, the energy swirling around her again. Why was I born? She thought desperatley, all my life I have seen nothing but loss and misery. To release some of the energy, she sent a bolts of lightning down from the heavens.

Nightmare laughed. "I'm afraid that's not gonna happen. I need a vessel, and he''s the only option right now. You just had to fight back agains me, and you lost out." He said, after charging again after her. "The sword.... the sword is the answer."

Kari finally was able to hear what was going on, harnessing some of the energy, she found the sword with her mind.

"Huf... one little thing neather of you know about me." Zeal placed her staff down as it formed one blue butterfly. "Connect..." The butter fly landed on Nightmare and disappeared. Siegfried can you hear me? The butterfly was a way of talking to him.

Siegfried took this opportunity to tell her Nightmare's weakness. 'Zeal, listen to me. You can't injure him in any way if you attack the body. Attacking the flesh will only injure myself, and the other parts are too rigid to penetrate." He said to her through his mind. Meanwhile, Nightmare tried to shoo the butterfly away, and his deformed arm was engulfed in flames. "Now, we end this. I'll keep your body for later, sexy." He said, licking his lips.

Kari finally gave way to the energy, she fell onto the ground as a tide of blackness washed over her and she sank into a vision of the Silversnow pack. "We are with you still," the alpha, Dragonheart, said, "Where is my life leading?" Kari cried, "when all I know is hate and misery and loss." "Turn that around then," Dragonheart said before he and his pack vanished.

Siegfried tried to picture the scenario in her head. "The sword is his weakness. Penetrate it, and I can be released. But you have to hit it dead center in the eye." He said to her. Nightmare looked over her. "TIME TO DIE!" He shouted as his sword was engulfed in the flames.

Nightmare grabbed his sword with his deformed arm, causing it to become engulfed in flames. He then got a fighting stance, waiting. "I wonder how well you burn." He said to her.

Nightmare smiled. "I'm glad you're anxious!" He said. He took the sword and swung it upward, causing a wave of energy to shoot out at her.

Zeal sat her staff in front of her. "Protection... Cristalized!"A shild formed to protect her, but was pushed back some. "Uh..." Then she charged at him and made it seem like she was aiming for him but in sted of the eye.
