Don't apologize, I told you to do it. * Ali took in several deep breaths before he began to breathe normally, taking a step back from Ziven and smiling at her.* Quite good punch , devastating on impact. What If I thought you a way to punch someone where they wouldn't feel pain until several seconds afterwards and it can be much more destructive.

I'll need a total of six ice blocks, two single ones and the remaining four stand against eachother in pairs* Ali smiled at her and folded his arms in front of his chest.*

She stared at him for a moment before coming to a logical decision and creating the requested ice. Each block of ice was roughly two feet in all dimensions, lined up in a row, one on either end, two stacked on top of each other in the center. Tilting her head, she still looked at him with confusion and hopeful when she asked; "Is this correct?"

"Oh, I see." she said with a giggle, waving a hand and the two that were stacked obediently shifted to the ground also, to the side of the others as described. She smiled a bit and bobbed her head. "My apologies for the confusion. Good now?"

Very. Now I'll show you the delayed damage punch. You strike not with a fist but with the palm, Striking with the palm is a lot stronger then that of a fist as when you strike it's not a iron ball that hits, it's a massive wall and it will send ripples throughout a persons body like a stone tossed into water. You need some arm muscle training and build up your bone and especially the fragile parts such as the fingers and wrist.** Ali then walked over to one of the single ice blocks and got into a stance, withdrawing his right arm and holding his hand open. Relaxing the arm muscles and then striking the ice block while letting out a roar and straining the entire arm before impact, hearing a loud thud but nothing further. Withdrawing his arm again, Ali exhaled and turned towards Ziven again. The ice block starting to crack and then seemingly explode into several hundreds of ice chunks.* This is a Wing Chu punch. Tension reduces punching speed and power. Muscles act in pairs in opposition to each other. If the arm is tensed, maximum punching speed cannot be achieved as the biceps will be opposing the extension of the arm. In Wing Chun, the arm should be relaxed before beginning the punching motion. Unnecessary muscle tension wastes energy and causes fatigue.
The common legend of the Martial art involves Yim Wing Chun, a young woman who has rebuffed the local warlord's marriage offer. He says he'll rescind his proposal if she can beat him in a fight. Good, First thing is that this art weight heavily on balance and flow, You'll have to move or flow like water. Water looks weak but can crush stones and even bend steel. So let me see you move with a certain flow, punch and kick, guard and parry with both arms and legs as you see fit when doing it.* Ali smirked at her and scratched his chin somewhat, waiting to see her demonstration.*

She took steps with fluid movements, not truly punching or kicking but moving her limbs in a free motion. This was an exercise she had learned when young that the elves used. "There could be the power of a punch or kick .. behind these moves .. if desired. I have yet to do so, however." she said between breaths as she continued.

* Ali moved his arms up into a guard and smiled, standing in a defensive position.* It's desired, I'd like to see how you would strike me while I'll try to merely block your attacks.

"I see .. let us begin." she said, now concentrating on punching and kicking him as they moved. She was not doing so with full force at first because she was unsure if she could maintain a fluid motion and balance while trying to deal damage to him. Gradually she threw the punches and kicks with more force as they went on.

* She was good, Seemed the elbow blades training had given her a nice foundation for close combat. Hell she even managed to give him a good kick to his kidneys, that made him tilt a little. Eventually Ali began to strike back with an intent to actually hit her, of course not hard enough to bust some bones but hard enough to hurt either she blocked it or not.*

She kept moving and blocking while punching and kicking, a look of strong concentration on her face.

* Ali kept at it before he decided to use a grapple move, attempting to grab onto the next attack of hers and force her down to the ground and into a submission hold. Her goal then was to try to get out or give up, in either case Ali would make it painful.*
