He speaks an arcane word & then gently pulls off a strip of something clear part way off his lip, then replaces it & speaks another word.
"The strips block out your powers since your lips can't actually touch mine, & with the words, they stay there even when tugged on."
Frozen & Demon:
Sorry it's taking so long, I just want to get Scarlet & Lilin to where you guys are so that we don't have randomness & get all confused.
Also, Frozen: TOO BAD. I love these things & am so happy that I came up with them.

Scarlet frowns as the gloves don't react. She flies around them before running a hand down one of them. "Well you sure are pretty gloves... I'll give you that."

Scarlet folds her arms over her chest and frowns thoughtfully at the gloves. "Well we're getting no where fast..." She shook her head slightly and the fluttered closer to the gloves gently setting herself to rest against one of them. "So what brings just a lovely pair of shinny gloves to this neck of the world?" Her voice oozed with seduction as she ran a small finger along one of the gloves.

Scarlet stares at the gloves as the wrap themselves around her and frowns. "Well normally I at least get dinner before the gropping happens. But whatever your into." She gives a small smile, things were definitely becoming interesting.

The gloves tighten their hold on you, then rush upwards at an alarming rate, you with them.

Strangely enough, the only witchy thing about her was that she had a big black cauldron in the middle of her hut, which you later learned to just be clothes she'd been been washing when you boiled/drownded her in it...

Scarlet tried her very hardest NOT to scream as the gloves tightened around her and started to move upward. She could fly on her own so this was not needed. But as she was kind of being squashed to death. "What to you think you're doing you poor excuse for a mystical artifact?" Scarlet tried to struggle out of the gloves, her wings were beginning to really hurt.
((I didn't read the posts as carefully as I probably should have. But maybe that's a good thing now. And I wont go back to read them. I want to see where this is going on my own. And yes Scarlet has resorted to poor lame taunts and threats... she's not so good with the threats sweatdrop ))
