Kioko looked at the direction Lolina was watching her in...she had known she was there, her Ki/ku(?) signature was clearly visible...Kioko smiled and jumped into the water, she paddled her way across the water and climbed back upto the surface shaking her fur dry before climbing the pathway into the cave...
She looked surprised...Strobe was using his plasma into making a bigger cave...
did he read my mind or was it too obvious? Kioko thought to herself...at least they were being productive...that was good...
kioko walked up to Strobe and looked at him questiongly...she sat down and just stared at him shooting the cave...
"are you sure that it wont collasp on us?" Kioko asked using her paw to block an oncomming rock from hitting her....

Lolina decided to find a more suitable place for them to stay. So she turned into her crow form and started to fly around, scouting out the surrounding area.

"well, its tru tho, so where do you plan on leading this?" Kioko asked lookint at how far the progress was going..

"Well, this is a water fall, which means that there is an underground river system to accompany the above-ground one, going back through the rock face. We can follow that to an outlet, if I can find it." he said. He stopped carving at that moment, as the Tendril Dance was still a fairly new move to him and tired him easily. The rock threshold had advanced several feet, though, and the cave looked the much wider because of it.

"Not as long as I make a pressure-arch. That should keep the underground river pressuried enough for me to create a path along the bank." Strobe said as he once again powered up for the Tendril Dance, "It would be nice if I had some help mining this out, though." His teeth were gritted and his hands red while sweat poured down the sides of his face as he pushed further into the rock.

Crow heard the talk inside, he'd have loved to help, but he really didn't want to leave the place unguarded. He simply continued to listen to the discussion of the others and comb their surroundings with his senses.

Kioko looked around...well she had regained sum of her strength back...might as well help out since Strobe looks worn out...Kioko transformed back into her human form...She took a position by Strobe and a green colored beam came out of her hands hitting the wall alongside Strobe's plasma...It helped dig faster....
"is this helping?" Kioko said trying to not get hit by rocks...
"im not an expert in Earth, but i can help wit what little i kno.." Kioko said concentrating...

he unsheathed his claws and stared at them, then clenched his fist. "sorry, my claws tear things, if i try to tear the wall, i might tear my claws out. imagine tearing out your fingernails and you will understand where im coming from." he felt useless, but was not willing to tear out his claws for a temporary home.

Jackie went over to her bag and began to search through it. She hadn't forgotten what Strobe said to her and she wanted to make it up to him. "Hmm...." She mumbled to herself as she began to take out some strange devices that she had stolen from the lab. She then took out some tools and began to disassemble them. She cruched anything that looked suspicious like a tracking device or a part that was there that shouldn't be. She sighed slightly as she wiped the sweat off her brow as she continued to work on the devices.
In no time she had begun to reassemble them into one component. She adjusted some bits and pieces here and there as she sighed yet again. A smile began to play on her lips as she stopped messing with it and marvelled at her creation. "Done." She said finally as she got up and streched slightly. It did take alot out of her and now all she wanted was a nap. "I'll give it to him later..." She then laid down on the ground and closed her eyes, falling asleep instantly.

Crow sighed, as much as he focus, even with a mind devoid of thought he could not detect anything hiding in the woods, it seemed that they were safe for the time being. He hopped down to the cave enterance after hearing the discussion's progress. Walking into the cave and view of the others he shrugged, a vague show that he hadn't felt any disturbances. He waited for a moment until Strobe had finished his Tendril Dance and then stepped up to the now deepened cave wall. His abilities gave him little more than the power to destroy, so he might as well put them to use. He didn't want to disturb the structural integrity of the cave with too powerful a movement, so instead he opted for the slower but safer approach. With what looked like a wide right hook he smashed his entire forearm into the rock wall, then with his left arm did the same as far away as his limbs permitted. From here he put pressure inwards on the rock between his arms and pulled, and without an utterance released a huge chunk of the cave wall from the rest, easily two thousand kilograms. He then moved back carefully past Strobe, slowly due to the encumberance, and lobbed it out of the cave a good hundred feet into the woods. He didn't waste a moment in turning back and shaking his arms, freeing some stuck rubble from his jacket, then looking back at the cave wall.

There was a trickle of water running under the fresh wall and Strobe quickly placed a stone there and welded it to the rest of the surface.
'that could've ruined the pressure!' he thought to himself, 'but at least we made it to the river.'
"Thanks for the help, guys. Now we need to make a small tunnel, little more than a crawlspace, that arches under the river to the other side. That should keep the pressure stable while providing us with a ready-made path."
