Ryu smiled some and said "very well then." He carries her back towards the opening to the enclosure and sure enough, Kari was asleep. Quietly he carries her out and back to the garden, where he finally takes a seat in a cross legged style, he sits her in his lap.

She shifted into a comfortable possition before relaxing against him. She rested her head against his shoulder and sighed contently.

Ryu nods and says "a warrior for as long as you can recall aye. Well in my service I can make you more, i can have you learn other forms of conbat to become an even greater warrior, or the manners of the court, to become a knowledgeble and respected lady. or a balance of the two and make you a warlord of my caliber." He looks to her and says "which ever you'd like." he then gives her a kiss.

She kissed him back before answering, "none of the choices. I like how I am now. My fighting style is the only connection to the human life I once had and I don't want other combat styles sneding it farther into darkness. It's just how I feel."

Ryu held Lyoko close. Perhapes it was her uniqueness that endeared him to her. After all, black dragons of his species were a very rare breed and often seen as brings of ill fortune. But he'd proven that myth wrong by expanding his lords empire and raising to the rank of general inhis lords army. Perhapes this girl could prove herself to be something good for himself.

She cuddled up to him as the day slowly turned into night and the temperature dropped. She shivered a little but said nothing, not wanting to move from where she was.

Ryu opened up his Yukata enough that he could wrap it around her, letting the warmer material, and his own body heat, help keep her warm. Smiling as he looked to her.

She continued to shiver for a moment then warmed up. The shivering stopped and she was able to relax again. "How can you stay so warm? I'm freezing out here and you're like fire under here." She smiled.

Ryu smiles to her and says "fire is a part of being a dragon, our very souls burn like stars." He then stands, keeping her in his arms and covered by his yukata. and walks with her back inside. He makes his way back to his room and sits on the bed, with her once more in his lap.
