Still laying on her bed Kuragari couldn't believe how bored she was. She didn't really feel sleepy even though she should still be in bed. Sighing Kuragari gets up and goes to Chi's cage.
Chi has already had her blood and is ounce again sleeping in her cage. "Night my Chi," closing the cage Kuragari picks up the plate and heads for the door.
Out of her room she cleans the plate off carefuly and puts it in the drying rack. Still bored she leaves her room and heades down to the cafeteria to get some dinner.
Ounce again she gets a rare steak and goes to a dark corner to eat but unlike last time this time noone bothers her.

Aqua headed back to her dorm room, ember on her shoulder. as she went back inside, she closed the door, breathing a sigh of relief that she didn't have any roomies. she sighed as she let her wings grow, through the slits in her shirt. 'hhmm... well, I've met other people with wings and tails before., here, and it certainly isn't a normal school.. so, maybe, for once, i can actually let my wings and tail out, without having to hide them' she felt nervous, but decided that she would. 'after all, what could they do?' she let ember stay in her room, and walked outside, her white feathered wings folded behind her, and her red pointed tail flicking behind her nervously. most people didn't seem to even give her a second glance, which reassured her greatly. she took a place in the lunch queue, her tail flicking nervously. after getting her lunch (bouillabaisse and croûtons, with a glass of water) she looked around for somewhere to sit. most of the tables seemed to be filling up, she noticed as she drifted past. noticing a table in a corner, with only one girl sitting there, she walked towards it and asked the girl. "um, you don't mind if a sit here, do you?"

Kuragari was about to put a piece of bloody meat in her mouth when she heard someone ask if they could sit. Pausing for a second she smirked, 'someone must not know me or she's dence.' Looking up Kuragari shook her head with a smirk in place and continued eating showing she didn't if the girl wanted tosit and eat here. Notcaring that she must look strange eating the bloody meat and carefully not losinga drop of blood.

The bell had wrung, letting an unsettling amount of students clamber through the classroom door. Mori slid his paper across the teacher's desk. His thoughts drifted off to food, which he'd need to go on living. He'd skipped lunch to read up on trans-elemental alchemy. Of course, this was stupid of him seeing as the stress of hunger on his body triggered a mental reaction that causes his head to hurt. Very stupid.
Mori stopped by his dorm to put away his blade-thing he'd taken from gym that morning. His hand plunged deep into his bag, pulling up a small, 3.5 foot puppet from it. Its head was covered in green, disheveled hair and its body was covered in a white cloak. After a few seconds of inspection, Mori slung it over his shoulder and proceeded to the cafeteria.
On the line, Mori took a small needle from his pocket and begun poking about the puppet's joints. It seemed fine, it'd contained no debris, so he pointed his fingers at the puppet. Strings of brilliant blue and white shot from them, attaching to various points on the puppet. To make sure it was still functional, he'd controlled it to awkwardly move towards the cafeteria worker and hand it some money for beef stroganoff. The puppet then carried the soup to a nearby table with Mori in its wake.

Asako was pulled into an embrace by Akerian, and his words startled her enough that she managed to get a hold of herself. Not letting go, she smiled weakly, and said, "No, no, it's not your fault! It was me. I've...I've led such a charmed life--I've never been close to that kind of pain in my life and I just...I hurt for you. Because of what you had to face."
Pulling back, she managed her normal wide grin, and added, "It's okay....really. You could never intentionally hurt me; your pain doesn't hurt me either, not the way you're thinking. I just...feel for you." She stepped back from the doorway, sitting down on the couch in the living room.
"Come on in. My two roommates should be back soon." she said, turning the topic to a more normal vein. She felt really weird spilling all that emotional stuff, especially with a boy she just met. She just always felt really bad when she thought she had upset someone--sometime she liked at any rate. She had no problem upsetting people she disliked; she could be quite catty at times. But that wasn't the way she normally lived; despite the fact that Asako could be quite self-centered at the time, she really did care about people.
"You've met Anne, right?" she continued, patting the seat next to her. "Isn't she great?!" she grinned, tail perking up from where it had laid flat against her legs. "She can make the best sandwiches," she added, conspiratorially.

The bell was fairly faint out here in the field, but the teacher instantly dismissed the class, not saying any more words edgewise. The Archery class had actual been kind of interesting. Rhm knew how to use a bow very well, but he never really knew how to use a bow; the mechanics and whatnot. He was hoping to get a lot out of this class.
Out on the grounds the sky was a dusty twilight. With no light pollution, you could already see a few of the brightest stars behind the reds and gold of oncoming night. Rhm took a big breath of the air and stepped back inside to the packed halls. He was fairly pushed along as everyone was going to the same place; the mess hall. His stomach grumbled as his sensitive nose picked up the first traces of food wafted out through the open doors of the mess hall.
As he entered the huge room he looked around for anyone he knew. He recognized a few people, and he thought he saw the girl from last night (the one that Tristelle helped) sitting at a table already, but he hadn't gotten a very good look at her last night anyway, so he couldn't be sure. He decided to just go straight to the line and see if he could see someone then.
He realized then that he was still carrying his notebook. Crap. Now he'll probably get food all over it and have to get a new one even sooner. He grabbed a tray and started getting his dinner.

"o.k, that make me feel better." acarian replied. "i just feel sorry for everyone.and yes, i have met Anne. I had a bad-ish first impression that i don't really want to go into right now." acarian said sitting down next to asako. "so, do you want to get started with your training, or should we get something to eat first?"

Anne reached her dorm and picked up the key happily, trying to speed up so she'd reach Rhm in the Mess. She was really looking forward to chatting with the boy.
"Hello! Anyone ho..." The girl stopped dead in her tracks as she found Asako and Acarian sitting on the couch. "Oh...hi there! What's up? I didn't know you had met!" Looking at both, puzzled, she led the notebook flying into her bedroom and filled Cassio's plate with cat-food with a glance.
((Rhm, can you wait for Anne for a bit? I'll be at the cafeteria ASAP! And...are we on dinner or lunch, Promised?))

acarian jumped when anne came in. "wow, you scared me there anne!," acarian said,startled. acarian had heard asako talking about anne's sandwitches, but he half expected her to live here as well! "so anne, how are you?"

"I scared you? You're the one lurking around my dorm..." Anne replied playfully, winking at him. She kept finding his nervousness funny. Then, she looked at Asako sitting by him. "I hope your day was fun, Asako! I have lots of news!" She giggled inwardly, thinking of Rhm. "Can't take long, he may be waiting for me..." "I'll tell you everything later, ok?"
And she waved at them and headed for the door. When she had her door on the handle, she turned back "And you two, behave!" And with a wink and a laugh she left, heading for the cafeteria.
The place was huge, and filled with people. Anne looked around, and caught sight of the cat-boy standing in line. With a smile, she picked up a tray and approached him. "Hi there! So, was Archery cool?"

Aqua looked around her, noticing that pretty much all the other tables were filling up. she took a seat at the table, on the opposite end and side of the table, and started eating carefully, ignoring the other girls strange choice of food. "im not gonna hate on you or anything, ya know, so theres no need to be so rude." her white wings were folded behind her back, and one could almost imagine her with a halo. if they ignored the demonic tail. feeling shy, she retracted her wings, leaving her tail out in the open.

Kuragari looked up and at the angle she was sitting she could only see the folded wings and not the tail so to her the girl looked like an angel. "I don't do good around angels. They kinda bring up my past." Kuragari looked back at her food and continued eating.

Jake stepped through a pair of doors and pushed into the cafeteria. What he saw made him gasp. The place was huge. Its expansiveness was large enough to hold more than two hundred people, he guessed. All people, all races, all powers were all sitting in this one room - eating (semi) peacefully.
As he strode over to one of the lines his mind seemed to wander and think subconsciously. I wonder what some of these people can do... do any of them have elemental powers? Or do some of them just control an aspect of life? Or Nature?? Does anyone have the same power? But they can't... can they? Does every person in this room have a different power than ever other person?
The last thought seemed to provoke further interest into the views of magic and special abilities, but he pushed away the idea when he had to choose between a main course for his meal. Jake's hand swayed between the slice of pizza and the chicken Caesar salad. The boy lifted the salad up off of the tray and onto his own when a voice chimed in, and a churro for me.
Jake looked down at the wolf with a lop-sided grin on his face.
You know, those jelly-filled bread things with crystal sugar on top?
"Yes, I know what you meant..." The young man shook his head in disbelief and chuckled under his breath as he reached for the pair of tongs and picked out an apple churro.
((I think that Promised said that it was lunch, but it has to be around six o' clock because that's when Asako and Akerian were supposed to meet in Asako's room))
(([EDIT:] Okay, so I lied, I really don't know what time it is anymore wink ))

Aqua looked at the girl. "come on, im only quarter angel. im quarter demon aswell, if that makes you feel any better." she continued to eat, taking a sip of water. "plus, theres probably a lot of people with weird past's around here. and painful ones."
