(proto you annoy sometimes >.> He should WAIT just like the rest of the class to learn jutsus that are meant to be learned in CLASS -.-' other things that aren't taught in the academy i dont care about)
Raito quickly became bored with the kid's leaving and leaned against the tree behind him. He held his eyes closed for a bit and could hear one of his academy students training. He was glad to see that the kid was so into training...but he was being taught things that Raito was suppose to be getting paid for training. That lady was taking his money, and inevitably, his pay check. He stood and walked over to the woman, announcing his presence a bit...rudely... "Excuse me, Miss. But you see, he needs to be training and learning those things from his teacher, not some woman. Now, it seems it's day light. He needs to report to class. Hopefully you will learn to keep your tongue and jutsu to yourself until he learns the basics from class." Raito looked at Akeru with a bored yet slightly annoyed face before turning on a heel and looking at the students who hadn't completed their things. Clearing his throat, he began, "Alright! Everyone who has completed what they were suppose to follow me. Morning means work people! Come on, this way!" Raito turned and left the once relaxing yet suddenly booming rice fields and headed to a place he thought the kids should get to know well.

Yuumei suppressed a quiet chuckle. It was interesting, to be addressed like she wasn't politically neutral to Oto. But...time sure had flown by... Night was already over, it was nearing dawn and Akeru was sleep deprived. As she got up, Kiroshiro did too and followed his mistress.
But stopping shortly, and after making sure Raito was out of earshot, she bent down and whispered to the boy. "Good luck with your classes. Since you didn't sleep...if you fall asleep and don't understand something in class... I'll be hanging around the training grounds, and can help with explaining before reinstation and taking long missions again..." "I'm alright! Just a bit...tired..." Akeru half-yelled before admitted reluctantly. "When will you teach me the Gokakyuu?"
"Worry about graduating... If you don't hurry, you'll lose sight of your teacher. After school, go to the training fields. I'll show you the second part of chakra control - water walk...and let's see what we can do about a real Jutsu. Maybe the Shunshin? Well, we'll find out...may have to force your speed up a notch." Quickly waving goodbye, Yuumei abruptly headed out of the clearing, accompanied by her tiger companion.
((exit Yuumei, Kiroshiro))
Akeru stood for a moment, watching as the pair disappeared from sight before he too turned and ran in the opposite direction after Raito's disappearing figure. So it was to the village library then...? One of the many places in Oto which he had never been in before. The most he ever saw of the library was either passing by the building directly or glancing over it on maps of the Oto.

((enter Suiji)) Suiji walks up after a long warm up run to the field and starts to stretch. He's ready for a new workout and training exercise that can really show off his abilities. He started to walk towards a tree then saw something shummer on the ground. It was an old kunai that had been left here from a previous training session. He picked it up and lazily slung it at the tree in front of him.

Hitomi ran as fast as she could towards the single tree that stood in the middle of the fields. She fell to the ground, turned her back to lean on the tree, and curled her legs up in front of her so she could wrap her arms around them and hide her face. Her shoulders shook lightly from her gentle sobs. How could Malakai be so rude...Well, at least, she thought he was rude...

Malakai ran till he made it to the rice feilds and came to a dead stop. He sighed and then walked slowly, as the cryes of Hitomi could be heard. He didn't want to alarm her, so he decided to move silently. I hope she doesn't freak out that I followed her. He said and then began to walk in the circle around the rice feilds. He didn't want to be in her sight so he had to come from a different angle. When he was at a reasonable angle he started walking slowly towards Hitomi. He was sure that he could atleast get her to stop crying. Thats if he said the right things. He closened in to the tree, and when he was close enough he crept down beside her. He was sure that it could be a start, to making things better. "I am sorry. Hitomi. I am sorry for what ever I did to make you cry." He said with a serious tone. His voice was soft and not seductive. He wasn't going to try anything, he was going to be straight up.

(i'll let you have your fun, biggrin )
Hitomi jumped a bit when she heard his voice. "W-What do you want..." her voice said meekly. She didn't even turn to look at him, knowing he'd just see more of her tears if she did. Instead she looked the other way and whipped her tears on her red tie that now had a slight wetness to it. "What are you sorry for...it wasn't your fault for the horrible things they did." She covered her mouth quickly, realizing she'd said something she shouldn't have. "N-Nevermind that. Forget it." She cleared her throat and whipped the rest of her tears away. Her eyes were still a bit puffy but nothing too bad. She looked at him with a sour look for a moment before turning back away as another tear fell from her eyes.

He didn't want to jump to conclusion, so he avoided that subject. "It was my fault. I made you remember what happened to you." He said as he let her cry, bringing his hand to her chin. He tryed and make it so that she would look at him, he guided her chin and her head to face him. He wasn't about to force her to do anything she didn't want to do. He was cautious with each movement, so he needed to be careful. "What ever happened in to you in your past happened to you in the past. Now I don't knwo what it was or who it was, but you need to let it go." He said softly and then then wiped away some of her tears. "I am here for you." he said and then he looked her in her eyes, even if she wasn't looking at him.

Hitomi's face was turned towards Malakai's and another tear fell. How could he know what was done to her. What horrible things her family and supposed friends did. No wonder she was as cold as she was. "I can't just let it go, Malakai...not after all they did..." Hitomi held herself for a moment more before starting to cry again. 'I'm here for you' came through to her loud and clear. She moved closer to him and wrapped her arms around him snuggly, crying into his chest. Hitomi wasn't aware of what she was doing or even why she was doing it. She felt as though his words were true though...As if he would truely be there for her. "Th-Thank you...Malakai..." Came a strangled voice. After a moment or so she pulled herself away from him and whipped away the left over tears from her eyes. She looked at him with gentle eyes before hitting him hard on the chest. "Don't think you're off the hook. You were still a total jerk to me." A small smile came with the statement as she let herself fall back into his chest.

Malakai's words came through and like a pillow she flopped into his chest. She balled while he held her in his arms, and her arms wrapped around him. He knew that he was going to be here for her, he had no where else to go. "I." He said and then he paused quickly after being hit in the chest. He wasn't off the hook, "Well lets not worry about that, and just saver the moment." He said and then he smiled and pulled her closer into his arms. "I know you can't forget, but you must forgive. If you let it dwell with you long enough. It will take over you, and make you the way you are now." He said and then he smiled the hit to chest kinda hurt. He then pushed slowly off of her, he looked down at her smiling. "I will always be here for you. I am not going to leave you." He leaned in slowly closing his eyes. He was going to attempt to kiss her, but instead he stopped and waited for her lips to touch his.

Hitomi felt a bit safe in Malakai's arms. She put the thoughts of why she was feeling like that out of her mind. A smile crossed her face when he said that they should just saver the moment. What moment was there to saver other than her being weaker than she should ever allow someone to see? "There's no way I can forgive those evil bastards...Besides...if it makes me the way I am now..." I'll have you here...right...? She felt a bit sad when he moved away from her. Her eyes widened a bit when he told her he'd be there for her...always... She was going to end up crying again with such words...Until he leaned in for a kiss. She could just tell by the way he closed his eyes. She giggled a bit and covered his mouth with her hand. "You are such a dork. Can't you ever stop flirting?" With that she moved her hand and gently let her lips touch his.

"Eh." Not even getting a chace to say anything, she silenced him with her lips. He was sure that he wasn't flirting at all. They savered the moment with a kiss, the first kiss. It says alot about what kind of person they are, and as bad as Malakai wandted to slide his tongue in her mouth he didn't. That kind of kiss is used for later things. He was resisting the urge, though his grasp tightened, and he pulled her closer to him. He returned the kiss with more passion than softness, but it wasn't forceful. The kiss seemed to last an enternity, but he didn't mind. Moving his head back slowly he opened his eys and smiled. He then put his hand on her chin and kissed her one more time. This time shorter the the other. After the kiss he took several breaths and he leaned back, and put his hand on the ground behind him. To keep him up. "Hey your not a bad kisser." He said trying to make her laugh. "I thought you would be a noob at it atleast." He said laughing a bit, as he said the last comment.

Hitomi ended up wrapping her arms around his neck as she kissed him with just as much gentle passion, as he did her. She felt a bit awkward at first. Her first kiss was gone to a guy who pissed her off beyond words just a few minutes before. She could feel his grasp pulling her further into him and happily obliged. The silver eyed girl looked a bit sad when he separated from her, only to have another small kiss placed upon her lips. No particular look filled her face as he spoke. Only after she comprehended his words did a pissed off look enter her features. "How dare you say such a thing to me!!!" She boomed, standing up abruptly. His last comment didn't help either.
She was about to turn around and walk off but knew he'd probably just follow. She needed to do something he wouldn't expect...Something that she was sure she herself would absolutely never do...Her fists clenched tightly as she realized what it was. She looked down at him with her still angry face before she pounced and landed on him, her face mere inches from him. Her legs were straddling his waist and she had leaned forwards to meet his gaze. "Don't talk to me that way. EVER." With the end of her words she shut out anything he'd have to say with another kiss. She let her arms rise and incircle his neck once more. She broke away from him after a moment but still had her annoyed look on her face.

Malakai was obliged with her kiss in return. She had the same passion as he did, so he knew how she felt. He wasn't going to let her go, he was going to comment. It seemed she couldn't take another joke that he had spokedn jokingly. He sighed as her anger level rose and she broke away from him. If she rean away frm him he would just follow. Then her face met his, and she looked pissed, and the way Malakai's legs were; he was a bit scared for his life. Though he didn't know whether to move, or take whatever he had coming. Then her arms wrapped arounbd his neck, and she was kissing him. Out of anger she was kissing him, he wanted to say something. The kiss just stopped him. "So is that what your going to when your angey now, or should I be worried?" He asked and then looked up at Hitomi, while getting on his feet. He hugged her around her neck and then casually moved his arms down to her waist. "I'll always be there for you Hitomi." He said and then he smiled, and yawned. "We've been up for whole day. We should really get some rest." He said and the yawned again.

Hitomi looked away from Malakai as they both stood up. Annoyance glowed from her skin as she tried not to sock him in a precious place of his. When he hugged her she couldn't help but be drawn into him and holding him as well. The small traces of a blush hidden away but her face being burried in his chest. "Why are you so eager to help me...to be there for me....You don't know me and why should you care?" The girl forced herself away from him and stood with her eyes to the ground. "I'm not tired, you go." Her tone was normal, but a hint of sadness still remained. She didn't feel like crying...so...why was she burdened? "Besides, I wish to become smarter. It was the whole reason behind me going to the library before you interupted me." She looked up at him for a moment before looking away again. She couldn't look at him right now but she wasn't sure why.

"Hitomi." He said and then looked at her, even though she wasn't looking at him. "I told you I would never leave your side." He said and then took two breaths before continuing. "I meant what I said. Besides. I care because I am not afraid to help thoughs in need, whether I know them or not." He said and then he was told to go to sleep. "Too the library it is then." He said and then put his arm around her and smiled. Facing the direction of the Library. "Shall. I will let you fininsh your book, and I will catch up on some sleep." He said and then laugh, he got the idea that she would run off on him. If she did he would have to track her down.
