"At least it isn't just us." Zabuza grunted. He slid off the ledge he was sitting on, and found himself just barely able to stand flat on his feet with his head still above water. This hotsprings was really deep. He dunked his head under water, crossing his legs a little as he crossed his arms over his chest. It was still quite comfortable. He floated under water like that for a bit, then re-surfaced.

While Zabuza had went under the water, Haku had also dunked his head for a moment. He came up before the older male and giggle when the other surfaced. "You seem to be enjoying yourself, or at least here for the moment."

Zabuza looked over to Haku, secretly a bit relieved that the boy was giggling. "It's nice." he admitted, swimming a little bit, though he could touch the bottom, if he wanted to. "We'll have to check out the pool when we can." He was a child of Kirigakure, after all. In the land of Water.

((I love water....but I haven't been swimming at all this year! gonk ))
"It has been a while since I've been able to go swimming, not counting the times I fall into the water when training." he still smiled but he couldn't help it when his precious person seemed so relaxed. It wasn't too often they managed to get a day without stress, not that they didn't have it here, but at least they could enjoy themselves a bit.

(( My step-grandparents have a pool, and they live pretty close to our house 4laugh ))
"That was quite a while ago, Haku." Zabuza grunted, in a bit of agreement. "You were a bit clumsy, then... " he then added almost off-handedly as he stood, and wandered back over to where he'd been sitting. "You've grown quite a bit." the older male tipped his head back again and closed his eyes to relax more.

"Yes, though I am still not perfect. Someday I hope that I will be so that I am an efficient tool for you." Haku sunk into the water again, this time went all the way down until he sat on the bottom. He looked around the water with half closed eyes due to the temperature of the water, just barely able to make out the older male who sat across from him. That was probably a good thing since at this level, the towel the other male wore wouldn't have hidden anything. Not that he was trying to see anything...
((there was a banana in his seat? rofl ))

Zabuza listened to the sounds the teen made as he slid under the water. A bit of a smile appeared on his lips, and then a smirk. In a slow motion, he slid under the water, and just allowed himself to sink to the bottom, stretching out and resting his hands behind his head. This was quite comfortable, though he would have to go up for air within the next hour. He couldn't breath under water, after all, but he'd trained himself to be able to hold his breath for long periods of time, when he needed to.

Now that he was closer, Haku could clearly see the older male. He would have laughed at the expression on the Momochis face if he hadn't been under water, so just grinned instead. Feeling a bit playful, Haku started making faces at Zabuza under the water, his mood greatly improved.

Zabuza cracked open an eye, and watched Haku. His smirk grew a bit, his sharp teeth glinting a bit in the water like a parannah's might. He then shifted his position and moved rather quickly in the water. In only a few seconds flat, he was tickling Haku, adding in a few pinches into the bunch, testing to see how long it would take the teen to get him to stop, and how controlled his breathing was under water.

Surprised that Zabuza was actually playing back, Haku lost a bit of his air as the older male attacked him. He flailed around a little bit, trying to get away from the fingers that were causing him trouble, but forced himself to calm down before he drowned himself. Once that was done, he turned his eyes on Zabuza and another grin spread across his face. He attacked the other male and stopped after he managed to get one of his hands under control, though that took all his strength. And the fact that his towel was coming undone didn't help things either.

Zabuza continued to grin, attacking relentlessly with his free hand. His own towel was shifting, but he didn't care. It was rather entertaining to test the boy like this. However... The older male snagged both of the teens' hands in his free one, calices rubbing against soft skin as he almost too-easily pulled the boy off his other hand. The grin remained in place as he began tickling the boys' stomach.

Haku squirmed around and fought harder against the Momochi, not even noticing when the towel slid off his narrow hips to rest on the onsen floor. He moved until he managed to get close enough to the older male to bite his shoulder, not hard enough to draw blood, but enough to hopefully get released. Though he had a feeling that his mouth was hurting more than Zabuza was.

Zabuza seemed to be close to laughing, at this point. He removed Haku's mouth from his shoulder, slung the teen over said shoulder without a care of the fact that the teens' towel was at the bottom of the onsen, and stood up. He laughed then, and raised the boy up so he could breath. "You're too soft, Haku." he grunted. "You could've easily at least drawn blood when you bit me." He still had the younger male's hands bound in one of his own, and didn't seem to be ready to let him go.

Zabuza gave a slight shudder as he began noting the closeness of them. He shifted Haku, and then dropped him into the water with a bit of a grin that faded when the teen surfaced again. "And what if I told you to kill me, at any given point of time?" He asked. "Or, If I were to suffer, and the only help you could give me was to kill me?" He crossed his arms over his chest under the water. "What then, Haku?"
