Kyo nods, and the dream fades into a soft feeling of love and warmth. He opens his eyes and for some reason, everything feels like it will be okay, despite the tragedy they'd all just endured.

If Kyo had not just come off that dream, he would be even more upset at seeing the *red* haired boy next to him. Instead, he wakes Doran up gently. "Go to your love, boy." he says kindly. "She and your child need you more than I do." he says. "And once this ship ports, leave the pirating for a few years. Get a house, raise your baby well."
