Sounds like teams are formed IC, rather than a pre-set OOC decision?
Or merely chosen however we please beforehand?

LL, Well I figured some of it could probably be discussed OOC, of course. Just the difference between actually playing through the formation IC, or just showing up and saying 'Aw, yeah, right, we're all together'.
From what I'm hearing, sounds good though. cool
Hopefully it'll be at a time when I'm not busy tromping through trees.

I don't really mind people making teams OOCly, but I'd prefer if they were formed through IC interaction. It ensures that radically different character types aren't working together unrealistically just to benefit people OOCly.
