Nami nodded and sank into the nearest chair at the table, hands trying to sooth mussed hair. She glanced at the new girl and gave a gentle nod of greeting. Her throat was sore.

"He had started teaching me a bit with that sword behind me, but... he... died... I found that letter in his belongings addressed to me. I supposed he was expecting it to happen." Alice pursed her lips for a moment, then smiled to Reeve. He had come back... and now there was another girl that had walked in.

Reeve wordlessly begins dishing out soup for Nami as well, flashing Alice a comforting smile.

Nami smiled gratefully as the soup was set before her, steaming hot. She breathed it in. "I'm starving, this is wonderful." Her voice was slightly hoarse despite her attempts to disguise it.

"It's my own fault. I was ridiculously dressed for the cold, didn't bother to change...Anyways. I don't want to be a bother. Clow's asleep on my floor already. He'll be sore when he wakes up." She swallowed a mouthful of soup. It burned as it slid down her throat but she welcomed the feeling.

"I suppose he would want me to continue my training if this is a place to do so... but otherwise I wouldn't know." She shrugs and smiles to Neko. "If this is an academy, I would love to enroll her."

"My name is Alice, and I came from a village of water users, so I suppose that'd be what I would like to study in." She bowed again, glad she had found this place. She was relieved that these people were so nice.

"That's good to know." She smiled. "I think I'm going to curl up on one of the couches with this soup though." She grabbed the bowl, cradling it against her stomach and after wishing everyone goodbye, headed out into the main room where she indeed settled comfortably on one of the sofas and indulged in the rest of the soup. ((gotta go. See you all later))
