Kai charged at one of the grunts, who chose Ponyta. "Okay, pony boy, come on Carvanha!" The fish Pokemon jumped forward. Kai's Pokemon used Aqua jet, barreling into Ponyta, who tried to use stomp. Carvanha used Water Gun on Ponyta's foot, knocking it over. Ponyta came out and rammed Carvanha with Tackle, making the grunt smirk. Said smirk was wiped of his face, however, as Carvanha bounced of the ground and spun like a break dancer to get behind Ponyta, and then the fish Pokemon used Bite, knocking out Ponyta.

The grunt whined and sent out a Pidgey. Kai fell over laughing. "Oh my god... PIDGEY!?!?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?" The boy kept laughing then got up. Then grunt gave a humph. Kai returned Carvanha in a flash of blue light then sent out Clefairy. Clefariy used Light Screen, making a wall of light surrond Kai's team. Pidgey started to run towards Kai's Pokemon, which had then used Reflect as well. When Pidgey used Peck, it did almost no damage. The grunt stared with his mouth open. "What Happened?" HE asked Kai. The Aqua member smirked. "I just owned you punk, that's what happened. Clefariy use Shock Wave!" The Normal-type shot an electrical blast at Pidgey, knocking it out. Machop was the Grunt's next choice, which was met by Zubat.

Machop came on with a Karate Chop, doing decent damage to Zubat. Zubat was flying with a limp, as it was one of Kai's weaker Pokemon. "Okay, Wing Attack then Return!" Zubat slammed Machop to the ground with it's attack, then came back into it's Pokeball. Kai sent out his rarely used Charmander. Charmander used Fir Spin, hurting the already weak Machop even more, it was about to attack with Brick Break, but a well placed Fire Fang stopped it in it's tracks.

The Grunt yelped, but then rushed Kai, trying to hit him with a metal club he had pulled out of his pocket. Kai ducked the blow, then Kicked the Grunt in the face, making him run away. Kai ran back to the others.

Ginji smiled as he defeated the third Grunt on the floor. "Alright, Kai, we need to push the line downwards and hope Arekku doesn't mess up!" he yelled as he ran down the corridor.

As Ginji found the room labeled "Executive Producer" he motioned to Kai a 'shhhh' sign as he crouched by the door, grabbing Flygon's Pokeball just in case. He burst it open to find... the producer in an empty room tied to a chair with duct tape. "Well...this doesn't look like a trap." Ginji laughed as he walked into the room, nothing happening.

Ginji sighed as he undid the producer's duct tape prison. As he did, an alarm sounded and Neo Rocket members could be seen fleeing the battle site with Pidgey evolutions. "Looks like they've given up." the Producer commented as he shook Ginji and Kai's hand. "Thank you so much for protecting this sacred place of refugee."

Ginji looked at the man in astonishment. "Sacred? Refugee?" the boy asked.

"Why yes, this is the place where Rotom come and play. In fact, we were the first place to accidentally create Rotom, it's not exactly a REAL Pokemon, but at the same time, it is. It's so magical. Would you like to see?" the producer asked.

"Team Galactic may have been the first to FIND the Rotom that have escaped, but we were the ones who infused its plasma with hyper sensitivity conductors, giving life to the creature through crossbreeding species over a hyper amount of generations." The Producer continued as they took an elevator to the lower level.

"Sounds cool." Ginji smiled as they arrived in a factory like power plant.

"And they create low cost energy. Isn't that lovely? We power the whole city." The producer laughed as a worker in a hard hat came up. "Oh. What a lovely idea. Follow me boys." he said as he led them into a white room. Sealing them inside.

An announcement came over the microphone. "We've been having difficulty with these Rotom, they've been a bit unruly, possessing everything we've come to know and love. We'll let you catch them, if you can defeat them." the Producer's voice sounded as two Rotom flew out of the panels in the ceiling, onto what looked like a battlefield before them.

"You heard the man." Ginji smirked as he thought about what a cool addition to the team Rotom would be.

Cyndaquil appeared on Ginji's side as the Rotom attacked by blowing a black wind to chill Cyndaquil to the bones. Cyndaquil let out a puff of smoke as it strengthened its resolve to attack with a Flame Wheel. The attack took hold as Rotom staggered backwards before launching a Thundershock at Cyndaquil. The tiny fire type was paralyzed in its place as Rotom swooped by making an Uproar!

With its ears blazing and its body not being fully controlled by it, Cyndaquil launched a killer Flamethrower from where it was paralyzed, confusing Rotom long enough for Ginji to throw an Aqua Ball.

One. Two. Three. DING! Rotom was caught! And the doors were opened automatically. "Phwee. Looks like we need to get home. I'll post rewards later." Ginji smiled as he disappeared through a black portal. "Have fun Kai. Feel free to follow if you don't have anything else to do." he said as he disappeared.
