Here's my take on the whole Tobi Obito thing. Let's pretend that the eternal sharingan has other powers. Let's pretend now that it can cast unbreakable genjutsu that dont require eye contact. This could make Madara appear like a 12 year old boy. The reason? to learn about the fourth's jutsu! think about it, Madara was able to get away from Minato and dodge the flying thunder god jutsu. Which proves he has studied it. So when Madara felt like he had learned enough from the fourth, he faked his death, gave Kakashi a regular sharingan eye, and then proceeded to start up akatsuki!

Akatsuki_Zala by the way, when we train, we still waste chakra right? Eh I would say no. But i dunno lol. Training you aren't exactly completing a technique so it's hard to tell how much you would lose.

when off the training grounds, you should probibly have the counter on. but while off on a mission, and wandering around, it should be on.

I would agree. I actually meant to bring up something about this. I would suggest a chakra bonus for Regenerating Chakra on the Training grounds.
