Ah yeah.. you indeed have to be certain levels to wear armor. However... clothes? You mean as in outfits? Well then no. You can be any level. WEARING THEM MAKES YOU LOOK AWESOMELY PROFESSIONAL. AND RICH EVEN THOUGH YOU MAY BE DIRT POOR.
OMG. I really really really really really hope you're on the Sapphire server, dear girl- cuz that's where I have my outfit and pets orz.

Kiri glanced over quickly when she heard Blaire's cry of pain, her silver hair swishing, as her now silver eyes scanned the endless sea of corpses. She saw her indigo haired friend carefully laying Rayna's head upon her lap, and she gasped.
"RAYNA! Are you alright?" Kiri called in a worried tone, as she tucked away her cheesy staff disguised as an elegant scythe into her magical pocket that seemed to be able to hold an endless amount of items, and dashed towards her friends, her tattered scarf waving in the wind.

"s**t did I die?" Rayna said as she rubbed her head and noticed that her head laid on Blaire's lap, if she wasn't dead she would be most likely from embarrassment. Still she'd just play along to see what the others would do with her.
hetero-chrome eyes? my Graphic Design teacher had a child with two different colored eyes...or are we talking about the Chimera Effect where one twin during the early stages of the embryo absorb the other and has two sets of DNA?
