sweatdrop Heh, a Solar eclipse happens during the new moon Ooka. xp It's your call I guess, but I asked earlier about if it would be a problem >.< though I guess I spaced on noticing that you had mentioned something about the new moon mattering
But yeah, I think we were near the full moon last time we were posting, so around two weeks?

So with the time skip, and im sorry if i missed this i was speed reading to keep up, are we going to act like theres still an academy but its destroyed? And if so... what about teachers? we dont have enough for classes or anything so im wondering what our 1 plot is and 2 how we are going to keep people interested?
I understand its our characters facing the destruction of the academny again but what after that? Still training ourselves without our teachers? What would be our goal? I mean i can just jump into rp with no clear plot or anything but im worried that not everyone can do that.... thats why people had their side rps and stories

Honestly, given everyone key to whatever 'key'-plots started up on the side up and vanished at some point or another you have to realize we've more or less had everything in the main story end up fubar anyway. Nek and Bao had their story-lines running for a while. But about when Kaimen left it started to slow down and fall apart, taking whatever his storyline idea had been behind the takeover, unless it really was 'Oh we're just going to take everything over for the lulz'
I haven't heard anything about what's up with Iri since July when she was running a different RP beyond life keeping her busy. So whatever is up with the whole airship and subsequent attack she had planned has to be shelved.
As for the academy being destroyed. We only had the main building trashed currently, and yeah I was thinking most of what's left was going to be torn down again. As for runing the RP as a student-teacher RP, you are right that we don't have enough people to really do it. There's only six people for sure right now. So yeah the academy system isn't going to work. I mean someone could end up the master of multiple elements and having to teach lots of people (or someone OOC runs multiple sensei characters) but both of those methods won't really work too well given the past attempts.
In terms of plot right now it looks like we're going to almost have to have the whole one person controlling a whole 'faceless' army. But keeping that up for too long will probably end up dragging the plot down. Honestly I don't really know what the end plot will be, I've got plenty of tangents to run off on, but nothing is set in stone.
I mean my plot ideas run in a lot of directions, adventure, sci-fi, training arc, or even our characters living out the rebuilding of the academy instead of time-skipping it. Lots of the ideas in my notes are also mutually exclusive. If someone else wants to run a big plot it'd be nice, but the whole problem seems to come from our people behind the scenes vanishing in the middle of things, which I get isn't their fault because real life sucks, but still at this point we've had it come up just about every time we even get started with a key-plot. So yeah, I don't know if I'll be writing a huge overarching plot that depends on me being around or not, beyond what I'm trying to start I don't have anything set out yet since I don't know if this is even going to work out...
>.< Ok, on second thought I probably explained that terribly. The short version is that yes, I figure we need to see how this whole academy gets destroyed concept goes before I can tell what direction we'll be going after this...

I say we go into a period where being a student and being a teacher is put aside, and using ninja techniques (elements/ninja tools) and what you already know to the test in the "real world".
There's a threat out there, and it must be dealt with if the academy is to go on. That's what they should decide on as a whole in the RP, imo.
Who's to say that there's only 2 threats to deal with? u c

*facepalm* I completely forgot. Yeah, sure it's no problem, only a leetle harder for ooka, but whatever (it would be the contrary of Super Sayan Ninja Werewolf, hehe)^-^
I like Nars idea. The people that are still here just go out on a quest, leaving the ones that left. If I understood correctly.
