Y'know how Sannin are world-renown for their abilities or specialties (Tsunade: World's Greatest Healer, Jiraiya: Toad Sage, etc.)
Apparently Bast is a Sannin is world renown for her construction capabilities...
At least, so I suppose from Kumogakure calling her for construction details...
Am I right, Ergo?

Bast designed the Raikage's Office in the first place, before this guild even started. Remember when she was Raikage in the HV and had it built? They kept her name in the description, so she pointed it out the last time she was there. The Raikage remembered! Hooray! =D

Before settling back in Suna, of course.
'cause apparently every Sannin needs to wander the world at some point!
Glad to see some people check their history though.
*thinks back to Bast as Raikage... Still can only see nuclear-level explosion at the gates...*

Well, she does have quite a penchant for building things... World-wandering is practically in the job description, although she was doing it before she got the title.
Not much got done other than the Akatsuki stuff, and for half of that she couldn't do much because there was no one in the Village. Seriously, that arc really sucked. I do believe the phrase "I have an a** of holding" came from that period, though, and that's a really awesome phrase.

Hmah...
For a while when I was back it was fine again. We had quite an alright Kazekage (Jade, former Kumogakure) who was the Hachibi, and we had shops, and a poison system, and arcs, and a great time overall. Then some dude in kumo who was Genjutsuist Supremeist decided to take over the world. And after quite some complexion and a kidnapping, Ganchou ended up as Kazekage, continued the hearty tradition of managing to work out a treaty to have Sunagakure remain neutral to the world-dominators,
and then had his a** handed to him by a rogue missing nin who SOMEHOW had Shukakku and was a Gennin-level rogue with Kage+ level strength in all degrees because somehow the bloodline enhancement class applied to demons all of a sudden. That's when I stopped and came here.
and yeah, that's an awesome phrase.
Bast should make a dragon-statue out in the sand randomly one day, just leave it there to stare at people who pass by...
