*After the weirdness last night and leaving Virgil in the medical clinic, Chris gathered his gear and some food and went back to the lake.*

::Wally finishes explaining his notes to his new lab partner, Megan Morse. The bubbly redhead nods her head and flips her notebook to the next page. She smiles::
"Yes, that was a very good explanation, Wallace!"
::Wally grins at her::
"Just Wally's fine. My dad is the only one who calls me Wallace...and only when I'm in trouble."
"Okay...Wally."
::For a few moments, there is a slightly uncomfortable silence between the two. Wally clears his throat::
"Uhm. Chapter four-"
::An owl lands on Wally's head. Wally shoos it away.::
"Like I was saying, chapter four-"
::The owl lands again, causing Wally to spaz out a little bit. Megan laughs.::
"I did not know your powerset included an animal companion, Wally!"
"It doesn't! Shoo! I don't want to go to Hogwarts! Or whatever you-"
::The owl walks up to Wally, kicks him in the shin with it's tiny clawed foot and points with a wing towards Mysia's stable.::
"OOOH. RIGHT. Look, Megan, I have to go do something for a pal. Can we finish this study group later?"
"Sure! Go be with your friend. Would you mind leaving your notes so I can study them on my own?"
::Wally leaves his notebook behind and follows the owl to the stable. Megan flips through Wally's notebook and stops on the page after the notes. Idly thinking, twirling her red hair, she draws a couple of hearts with her pencil...::
