D smiled lightly. "You could have just asked.." He said before he lightly touched the substance again over Dags chest. He got up and went to the lights, a quick flick turned the room dark as night. D turned and went back to Dag in his cocoon.
"That better?" D asked Dag. "Im surprised you havent used this before.." D said to him.

"So how are they exactly going to work?" Lilly asked Vincent, or Victor, or Hector whomever would respond to her. In her eyes you could tell she looked up to them so, following around them like a duck.

"If we're going to bring the fight to these incredibly tough creatures, I'm going to need Legion's cooperation."
Legion said nothing to that. They knew it too. The smooth black substance dissolved, Dag sitting up slowly on the table. He sighed, "This time, we might be way in over our heads."

Vincent shrugged, "Honestly... talk to the android. We're doing what he's directing. After all... they're his nanites."
He kept working on it, the android bringing out the blueprints, and translating them.

PrinceVampD Raziel came over to Ivy and wrapped his arms around her. He held her tight but not too tightly. "It does doesnt it?" Raziel whispered in Ivys ear as they gaze upon their newborn. "If your family will be busy then why dont we rest in the meantime. He seems to have the right idea." Raziel said to Ivy. "Though we could always pick out baby things, go shopping, and the like?" Raziel suggested. "Are you hungry? How do you feel?" He asked concerned about her.
Ivy smiled as Raziel held her in his arms and she closed her eyes once more and cuddled into him. "If you want to go and shop for our son, I wouldn't mind, but I don't want to leave him alone, but I also don't want to wake him up. Besides, the trip would be too quick and we don't really have the room here for everything. And the new house won't be ready for another few days or so correct?" Ivy curled up in Raziel's arms and smiled as she tried to keep herself from falling asleep until Raziel had answered her.((sorry for the wait guys, had to make a quick trip to my house to go and get some stuff so I could stay the night over at my bf's house. May not be able to post after this until maybe tomorrow. Take it easy guys and take care.))

"Yes it will take another few days or so. They work fast but they can only go so fast." Raziel said to Ivy with a smile. "Its okay we can shop later." Raziel noticed Ivys fatigue and nudged her lightly. "Why dont you head to bed? Get some rest. You both had a trying day." He said to her gently.

"Yeah i was thinking the same... " D noted back to Dag. He watched the male as he sat up before he spoke again. "The more we fight it seems.. the harder things become. Bloodstorm, then Grazzak, Legion, Gabriel and Trevor, Bloodstorms return, Cain betraying us. Your Father.. now the Chaos eaters... it just seems to get harder and harder." D said to Dag.
"At some point i think well be facing the Devil himself." D said with a light frown.

Lilly nodded and went up to the Droid, tin can or not, he was cute too. Just like the other males in this Keep, even though she was still small.
"Well? How exactly are they going to work?" Lilly asked him, expecting a response.

Ivy nodded slightly and closed her eyes completely and soon fell asleep in Raziel's arms. She would go with Raziel later to go shopping for their little boy. Sure it wouldbe a few hours before she woke up again, but maybe Charle's would be up before her and she would get woken up by him.

The android pointed to the diagrams written on a wall. It seemed that the nanites were designed to quickly set up a type of "society" or "order", then detonate all in order to eliminate the chaos within, effectively cancelling both effects. This meant that the nanites basically commit suicide to take the monster with them.
All in under a couple seconds.

Daggerfang sighed, "I have a bad feeling, that this time, somebody won't be returning alive from this journey. I don't know who."
That was bad news in itself.

Raziel kept watch by Ivys side, he wasnt as tired as she, after all she had done all the work. Birth giving did take alot out of you. Raziel quietly read while keeping an eye on Ivy and their little boy Charles.
In a few days, most likely after D and the others were done with whatever this new mission was, their house would be done. Raziel his family could move into the new place and Ivy would be closer to her brother and father. And the action... Raziel thought to himself.

"Oh.." Lilly nodded in understanding. "I get it. Thats pretty good of them." Lilly then quieted and stayed out of peoples way. Once she had an answer that made sense she usually was satisfied with it. She did which she was older though, and had powers like the others. All their fighting made her want to join in.

D frowned at Dags comment. But he nodded in agreement. Things were just getting worse and worse, the enemies tougher and tougher. Their casualties were going to go up. He was surprised they hadnt lost more though....

Vincent finally finished the nanites, and already made them into bombs. This was tedious work to do. He grouped up the nanites and poured them into special ball casings that popped open when they reached their destination after tossing. Now to mass-produce these....

Dag ran a hand through his hair, and slowly slid off of the table, shakily landing on his feet. That beam did something weird to him, but he couldn't figure it out. What exactly was wrong with him?

D watched Dag as he shakily got off the lab table. He placed a hand to the males chest, his left hand. The parasite emerged and immediately started checking on Dag's vitals, posion or anything else that was out of the ordinary with the Demonic Dhampir.
The concern in Ds eyes was all too apparent. He couldnt stand the thought of Dag getting sick, injured.. or worse. Killed? What would he do if Dag left him?
"Whats wrong?" D asked Dag gently, his blue eyes meeting the other males. His other arm slid around Dag and steadied him.

Well that was a first for him. Did they actually sound concerned? Whatever was happening was alerting their defensive status. Was it getting brighter in the room? Soon he could see the entire place as if it were brightly lit. It was completely dark though.
"Hm... it's entirely dark in here... but I can see it as if it were brightly lit. Not even my vampiric powers could make it THIS bright."
Then he blacked out.

"Dag!" D caught the other male as he blacked out and lowered him to the ground. Before he fell there. What the hell was going on? If this was happening to him then what was going on with Gabriel?
Vincent, everyone... D connected with them all, his voice was calm but it was tinged with concern. Whatever those beams where that hit Gabriel and Dag.. it screwed them up good. I dont know where Gabriel went off to. But Dag's blacked out, and its enough that Legion is concerned about him. D said not knowing what else to do.

After a while, Ivy woke up and looked around. She smiled when she saw Raziel and Charlies. She hugged Raziel and then kissed him, then got up from the bed and walked over to Charlies' crib, picked him up and held him in her arms for a while. Charlies woke up and smiled at his mother and Ivy smiled back.
"Shall we go shopping?" Ivy said softly to Charlies. The only response was a nod and a grin and Ivy laughed.

Gabriel fell through the roof with a great crash, partially covered in a dark paint-like substance. He twitched and convulsed on the floor. Something was indeed going on. Whatever afflicted them was having a negative effect on their very being.
First Dag, now Gabriel. What the hell was going on?!

Raziel awoke, having fallen into a light sleep, at the sound of Ivys laugh. He got out of bed with a stretch and walked over to Ivy and their child. "He slept well it seems. And how do you feel my love?" Raziel said to Ivy with a smile and a gentle caress along her back.

"Gabriel!" D got up and ran to the Fallen angel. "Dammit what is this stuff?" D said to himself before he left Gabriel where he was and ran to Vincent and the others.
"Vince! Gabriel and Dag are down, whatever that beam was that came from the Chaos eaters really screwed them up." D said to him. "I dont know how good your medics are but... we need to do something." D said to him.

Wolfgang got an idea. He picked up Gabriel and stuffed him into a cryo tank, freezing him in place and drastically slowing down the negative effect. He did the same with Daggerfang.
"This looks like some kind of curse to me. The ice should slow it down for now."
Vincent and his workers worked on the double. They knew that this was no joke. When it came to curses and hexes, this was no time to ******** around.
