Arekku, clueless as to what they were talking about, kept a few steps behind Ginji, he'd only ever heard of Mount Ember let alone been inside. As they all stepped inside he looked around the mouth of the cavern. "Wow..." he mouthed.

Ginji smiled as he walked to the top. He actually didn't feel like battling. He stopped just short of the summit to bathe in the sun. He smiled as he lay in the grass. "Such a nice day." he commented as he started to read his book of mysteries.

Rc walked around in a crouched position looking for a Charmander. Once he spotted one. After that he sent out Syn the water type. "Syn see that Charmander?" Rc said. "Toto-totodil," he said. Which apparently ment yes. The water type looked happy he would have the advantage in this fight.

"Sure thing," she said with a nod as they started up the mountain, agreeing to meet at the top. She split off from the rest of the group, heading into the tunnel with Houndour padding along at her side. Even though it was rather dark, she knew that her pokemon would take care of keeping her safe. Stepping carefully, she pulled her hair up into a twisted bun as sweat started to bead on her forehead from the heat of Mt. Ember. This was a good training exercise, though all it did really was make her thirsty. As she continued to walk, she started humming a soft song to herself, getting more used to the
"See anything Houndo-," she started to ask her pokemon, though before she could finish, she ran into something solid in front of her, knocking her back to the ground. Her eyes widened slightly as she saw the towering form of a Rhydon before her, silhouetted as Houndour released an ember attack so Adie could at least see what she ran into. The wild pokemon let out a bestial roar as he slammed his foot down where she was standing a moment, before, Adie throwing her weight back as she pulled a pokeball from her belt, releasing Tropius.
The large grass pokemon let out a frightened cry as Rhydon stormed forwards, aiming a Horn Attack straight into Tropius' chest. Reeling back, the large pokemon released a razor leaf attack at the rock type, dealing a significant amount of damage and knocking the wild pokemon back. Picking up a large boulder, the Rhydon threw it straight at her grass pokemon, one after another. Three boulders struck Tropius, the rock damage taking away a significant chunk of health as Tropius let out an angered yell. Releasing a Magical Leaf attack, the grass damage knocked Rhydon back once more, Adie not missing a beat. Pulling a great ball from her belt, she threw it at the wild pokemon, who disappeared in a flash of red light.
Three shakes, and the ball came to a stop, Houndour fetching the pokemon while Adie returned Tropius for a well deserved rest. Taking the pokeball from Houndour, the pair continued up the mountain, emerging into sunshine once more where she saw Ginji awaiting them. Smiling, she joined him on the edge of the summit, Houndour leaping up onto a boulder so she was about the same height as the two of them.
"Well, that was fun," she said with a small chuckle, wiping a few beads of sweat from her forehead as she felt a breeze blow over them. It was more than welcome, bringing a small grin to her lips as she waited around for the others.

"Bird pokemon...birds would stay on the outside of the cave... Which means..." He stopped to look up the side of Mount Ember, "And he never said how we had to reach the top... just to meet there..." He whispered to himself. He took a few steps toward a fairly flat path that looked like it wrapped around a little ways. Ready Ven?" Ven barely nodded and reached down into Arekku's pack, which she now thought was hers, she only did so when she was feeling scared. "It's okay you know I wouldn't let anything happen to you." He walked that path and came upon a rather large pach of grass, cautiously walked through. He made it about half way and tripped over a lather large rock, as he hit the ground, the voice of a pokemon erupted from the rock. What was his problem with waking up enraged pokemon!?
"GEODUDE!!! GEO GEO GEODUDE!!!" The pokemon roared at him, he froze on the ground as the Geodude used Rock throw with a rather large rock. Ven reacted quicker than arekku using Confusion on the rock, causing it to burst into many pieces. Arekku stood up and backed behind Ven knowing the battle was now on. Geodude curled himself up and sat just like that for a second, Arekku knew the combination all too well, Rollout was coming next. Ven knew it too and destracted the Geodude by shaking herself and making Small golden spores come out in a Stun spore attack. Arekku didn't need to cover his nose bacuse there was just enought breeze to keep it from coming this way, the stun spore hit the Geodude's senses and caused it to stop where it was, paralyzed. Ven moved as quick as she could to get up close to the Geodude before it could move again but was too slow, the pokemon broke his trance and began rolling at a high rate of speed towards Ven, she quickly used another confusion attack that missed Geodude completely. As the super affective attack hit Ven head on she bounced back and almost hit a towering wall that was Mount Ember.
Ven stood up again and watched the opponent roll at her again with more strength. She charged her anntenae with all the psychic power she could muster for one more super Confusion attack, but once she hit max power her anntenae started to glow multi colors and when she launched a new attack that was a spectacluar show of colored light as a Psybeam. The Geodude was struck by the attack and instantly confused, running into a wall again and again, hurting himself more and more. Ven took the time to charge again for another Psybeam and at the exact instant the attack was launched Geodude's paralysis kicked in, preventing movement. The attack hit with such immense power the Geodude flew off down the road. Ven fell over, tired, as Arekku walked up to her, "That was awesome, you even got a new move out of it." he chuckled withdrew her and continued on his way to the summit, having a climb some of the way which he didn't mind because he used to climb all the time on the Solician ruins.
Once he reached the summit he looked at Ginji and Adie, "Ho-...How did you guys get here so fast?!"

Ginji stood up as the two appeared in front of him. Time was flying like a hand out the window going 90 mph down the highway. "It's all about the bonds we make." Ginji laughed as he stood up and started walking towards the summit again. "Follow me if you dare." he laughed again slightly as he disappeared up the mountain.

Arekku looked around for a minute before he headed back down saying something about, "I'll see you guys at the boat" before dissapearing behind a rock. He felt he needed more experience before going with them.

"But Arekku, we're just getting to the fun part. I'll heal your Pokemon if that's the problem." Ginji smiled as he looked back at his team mate.

Adie smiled at Arekku as he joined them, giving him a small wink as he asked how she got there so fast. Ginji stood as they joined him, heading towards the summit with a muttered challenge that Adie was not going to let go unanswered.
"Oh, you better believe I'm going. Come on," she said with a grin, jogging after Ginji with a wave to Arekku. She wasn't sure if she had met him before or not, but there would be time for more polite introductions when this was all over. She was curious to know how this related to the metallic Rayquaza anyway. Turning to look back as Arekku said he would meet them back at the boat, she put on a smile.
"And I can lend you one of my pokemon if you want. Come on, you'll never get a stronger team if you shy away from the harder challenges," she said with a reassuring smile, hoping he would come with them. She had a feeling they were going to need all the help they could get.

"The challenges ahead aren't soooo bad." Ginji reassured. "Only an oversized bird, and giant robotic egg. Or at least that's what my sources have been saying. Who knows if they're right."

"Yea, see? That doesn't sound so ba- wait, what?" Adie looked over to Ginji with a questioning expression, trying to imagine what exactly it was they were coming up against. If Ginji said it wasn't so bad, then it had to be doable, though she was definitely going to be following his lead on this one.

Ginji smiled with his mouth closed. He had already said too much. He walked forward and fell down a hole that opened up the ground. As Adie stood on top of the mountain, Ginji rose out of the hole on top of a giant metal bird. A life-like metal bird. A life-like, metal shiny flaming bird. A Moltres.
Screeching in anger, the Moltres beat its wings to try and rid itself of the new weight, but to no avail. "A little hep Adie?" Ginji asked as he held on for dear life.
