The chakra system is how we use our jutsu. They channel the flow of energy through our body, enabling us to use our techniques, however...
-cain lifts his crossbow and fires ten shots at the picture, too fast for the students to see, but easily seen by the kage. they hit the tiny holes symbolizing chakra exits-
...if they were clogged up, especially all of them, it would make the ninja unable to use techniques...
-he fires a single shot at where the heart of the person would be-
and then easier to eliminate

-cain sits back, waiting for Saya to answer the question. He begins to clean his crossbow, taking 11 bolts out of his ammo pocket and puts them into the clip, he then pulls back the hammer and releases it, leting out a loud click. He'd answer the question that the kage asked, but he decided to just relax while he still had time to-
I wonder if i shouldnt try to sneak out...

Saya started to get a little nervous. he never really knew the answer. Instead, he took a guess. "Ummm ... By hitting them?"

to himself:he may not be that bright, but he seems capable strength wise, he'd make a good squadmate...now, who else.

Oroami nodded "yes, but no, you are right;" he took a deep breath and a sip of a soda that had appeared while the students weren't looking. "The way to block them is by adding your own chakra into said punch, but the trick his that it must be a precise and strong hit, if you miss you are putting yourself in harm's way, if you succeed that person will soon realize how weak they really are without their preccious chakra."

"Oh, I see. This would be a very effective technique then, considering most ninja use chakra a lot, right? I think I get it now. Taijutsu could be stronger than ninjutsu, if used properly of course, and ninjutsu can nullify genjutsu, while genjutsu can overcome the minds of Taijutsu users. Is that right sir?" This again was one of sayas crazy ideas, but once he thinks something out, he'd babble on about it for hours, being positive he was right.

Melody walked over to luna and whispeared "I'll be waiting for you at me house after school to start your training." She smiled and walked away and looked at oroami and waved "Bye oroami-sama" and with that melody walked out the academy.

-trying not to seem like a know it all, Yun sits and waits for Saya's answer. Although he was a lightning and water element, he knew very few techniques and wasn't all knowledgable of the element itself. He knew that it could either be used to kill or immobilise the opponent. He also knew that it was also strong against water and weak against earth, but that was all he knew. He's used it before, by soaking his bolts, he could shoots the water drenched metal darts at his opponent and then use a lightning jutsu on them.-
