Bill didn't kill people! He killed Axes!!!
Bill the Axe Murderer: An ax killed my mama. So I killed some axes. They deserve what they did and I ain't sorry.
One of the axes he killed was the one that George Washington used to cut down the cherry tree. So the Museum sued and put him in jail.
