Also, at this moment I'm starting to lean toward calling this spam. Banter back and forth is cool. However, if you don't have anything to discuss more on the Guard as a race, you might have better luck in the Chatterbox.

But seriously Imperals are weak but i think there Armor Collums are there only strong point.
For example there Balistick Artilery can hit you across the board.

For the sake of it, welcome to the Guild. Name's Caleidah, or Paul, whichever you prefer to use. I'm one of three Vice Captains of the guild.
Along the lines of Guard, I've got an idea for an ATV for them with the armament and armor of a Sentinel. Only thing is that I can't figure out how it would be in the rules to make it move the same as a Sentinel.

ya could we stay away from the whole nazi thing...
Guard artillery is they best thing GW ever did for the guard, my ally/team mate in large 2v2 battles loves his "Baskies". first match i played against him i used a dark angels army, wiped out in 4 turns sad

Funny, said git is a rabid Nazi hater, yet still paints up tiger tanks like a pro. I think Chappy's got a deep-rooted respect for the Wehrmacht. I mean, he claims to be in FSU, and picks fights with skinheads on a regular basis. He's no Nazi. A bit over the top? yes. but Nazi? No. His defence? Know your enemy. After saying this, he'll put on RATM and rag on me for joining the military. If you've got a problem with Wehrmacht lookalikes, than 40k is not for you. Seriously, have you seen forgeworld lately? I wonder who thought having the Death Korps fighting chaos would be a good idea? Who do you hate? Who do you root for? The Fascist Imperium? or the freethinking, patriarchal fatherly love of lord nurgle?

Ok, alright, ok, alright. Off of the discussion of Nazis.
Seriously.
Brookman quit the guild last fall.
ANYWAY, some friends of mine are going on a big trip in about a month, and one of 'em is going to be playing Guard when they play 40k in their down times.. Because he knows next to nothing about them, I'm gonna be building him lists. I'd appreciate a bit of help. I need lists at the 400 point scale using rules for 40k in 40 minutes. That means that nothing can have a 2+ save, and nothing can have a total AV over 33. So...yeah!
Also, only 1 HQ and 1 Troop is needed.
