Im actualy still trying to do stuff cause it isn't in affect yet so why bother stopping now if you dont know when it will be done. thats my thinking of it. i know that it will suck if it just changes what im doing and everything but im not waiting for it to change

Lots of people are out at the Ikebana festival, too, Pliokiju. >.< Why not go out & join them there, if you feel stuck in the village?

I agree with not wanting the Eternal Mangekyou, honestly, but the implants and Juin are fine by me. Juin no Jutsu would NOT be something that everyone can get, I can pretty much guarantee that. I'm not too worried about the implants, either, since they'll probably end up being taxing to all hell to use, just like how Kakashi gets exhausted just by using the Sharingan once or twice.

in the academy. also aoe. if we get to have a bloodline comp. the wheeze bloodline is going in... i'm just wondering what kinds of things shuold be put in place for the experimentation creations.
