just played Zumba on the Wii for the third time. first time i couldnt make it through 10 mins of the 20 min party. second time i only did a short one that was 5 to 7 mins and tonight i did the 20 min one all the way through!
frekin has me tight and sore lol, but im happy i could stay with it longer tonight lol razz

That's the best stuff!! blaugh I was about to say! how else can we preserve them? brine only works long enough to give food that salty, vinegary pickled flavour. and while that's delicious, it doesn't help creapy academic-types collect visual displays of grotesque anatomy. =w= @ Spooky: I'll get you some Blackstrap Rum, some Bourbon, and some Honeyd Mead, as well as smoother and more pallatable Beers and Wines. ^_^ one of these days, ya know, when I have money, or a brewery... sweatdrop

Formaldehyde's not an alcohol, it's an aldehyde (no hydroxyl in the molecule, unlike alcohol). 'Tis rather toxic to humans, no matter how it gets in the body. One ounce containing 37% formaldehyde is fatal. I agree though, it is disgusting stuff. *EDIT* Also, I got Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition a couple days ago. It. Is. AWESOME!!!! Taste my full power! Now die a pitiful death!
