Teddie nodded. "You must be getting a spotty memory Kai!"
He looked back at her. "Well, then I guess you are." He looked at the shadow. "How lucky."

Selina looked concerned. "That's not good... I mean about your memory. I guess I'll be okay, since I've got her..." She pulled out her card and crushed it. "Zephyr! Garu!" She called.
The persona sent a blast of wind at shadow Kanji.

Kai shook his head, "Don't worry about it, I'll be fin-" Kai collapsed.
Kanji yelled as the wind hit him and glared at her. "You ugly little b***h!" He tossed a mars symbol at her.

As the symbol hit the ground next to Kai, it erupted in electrical discharge.
Kai twitched as he was hit, Yamato vanished.

Aigis stared at Kai's monitor as his vitals started fluctuating wildly. "Oh no..." She stood up, in shock. "This isn't good."
*Back in the past...*
Kai started yelling wildly.
Chie and Yukiko looked at Kai, then quickly back at the shadows they were fighting. "We can't find an opening to get there!" Chie yelled. "Damnit!!"

Selina jumped and fumbled to catch the bottle, before diving down next to Kai.
Devon's Kusarigama parried the symbol, knocking it away from Selina. "Stupid bastards! You could've at least told me where you were going!" He snarled.

Kai was gasping heavily, his eyes rolling back into his head.
Kanji huffed. "Another cutie come to have fun? Well ok then!" He picked up his other symbol and brought both of them down on Devon.
Chie looked at Devon. "Kai wanted to give you some down time!"

Selina pulled Kai closer to her, tilting his head back and pouring the contents of the bottle down his throat.
"And you see how that worked out?!" Devon spat. He ducked to the side, wrapping the chain around one of the symbols and pulled.

Kai coughed and sighed. His evoker started shining.
Yukiko frowned at Devon, "He was trying to be nice to you."
Kanji let go of the symbol as soon as it left his hand it turned into a giant electrical discharge.
*Future...*
Mitsuru stared at the monitor. "This isn't good at all, at least his vitals are even now but...his persona sync rate...it's not good at all."
