Well I'd assume a conifier is something that makes any object a cone..
But a CONIFER is a type of christmas tree. :Y

sadly my family uses fake xmas trees now... oh well. less needles to step on and vacuum...

When my dad stopped being able to go out because of his headaches we had to buy an artificial tree. No point only using it once, so we stopped getting a real tree then.

Eh, I've never considered Thanksgiving a major holiday, really. It's a big meal and a family reunion. Not much more than that.

I appreciate it. Just don't consider it a holiday.
It's a holiday the same way as Martin Luther King Day is. Worth honoring, not really a holiday.
