Yawning, Adie walked into HQ, sitting down on the couch as she pulled a blanket around her a little tighter. She looked tired, the blue haired aquan stifling a yawn with the back of her hand as she gave a small, nonverbal wave of a greeting to the present company.

Sammy grinned as Adie walked in. "Hey, future babeh's momma!" She greeted, then noticing her tired atmosphere. "Out partying?"

"No, I haven't. Why? Is he staying here or something?" Cody asked, noticing Adie walk into the room and lay down on the couch. He walked over to her, kissed her on the cheek, and sat down in front of the couch, his back leaning against it. "You ok?" he asked, looking up at her.

"Yeah, he's staying here," Sammy muttered, a tone of worry in her voice. She hoped to Arceus that he hadn't gotten himself into any trouble. That would be funny, but not good at a time like this.

"Baby momma? Cody, what did you say to her? I thought we talking about this last night," she said with a soft laugh, nuzzling into her blanket as she shook her head at the partying question. She was far from angry, as could be seen by her facial expression. Cody came over and gave her a kiss on the cheek, which caused her to smile, gently reaching forwards to where he was sitting in front of her and running her fingers through the back of his hair for a brief moment.
"More like too many things to do in the limited hours of the day," she said with a small sigh, resting her head back slightly on the couch.

"Really? Damn..." he cursed. He didn't trust Skylar, and God help him if he tried to take Adie from him like he had tried to take Jasmine from Ike. Something about him was enough to bring an upset to your stomach and Cody didn't like it at all. Now that he was staying here, things might get difficult.
"Hey. I said nothing. I know we talked about it, but we also talked about how her mind works and any idea of us being together brings the thought of babies into her head," he chuckled and got up, playfully sitting on top of her.

"Wait, Skylar isn't as bad of a guy as you might think," Sammy pointed out, having had a few short conversations with him. "I trust him with staying here," Sammy admitted, then turning to Adie. "You guys talked about me while I was away? That's not very nice," she snickered a bit.

"But... You saw the way he was with Jasmine a couple weeks ago. Trying to steal her away from Ike and all," he replied in desperation. "Little creeper. He was like crawling all over her and trying to get her to like him and everything."

Skylar walked into the common room, his hands in his pockets. He saw everyone and smiled.
"You guys are weekend warriors, aren't you?" he observed, guessing nothing happens much around here on the weekdays.
Ike was outside in the jungle at the base of the volcano, taking samples.

"Oh, I think he's just misunderstood..." Sammy snickered. She, honestly, didn't think anything too bad would come from Skylar, just maybe a few minor thefts... "Speaking of the devil," she stated, looking over at Skylar.

"Field trip?" Sammy asked, turning her head to the side in a comic manner. She loved going places, especially with the team. "Waaahoooo~" she chimed, drumming her feet on the floor because of her pent-up energy.

"Maybe Skylar really likes her. I dunno, he did save our butts in the last mission. I'm willing to give him a chance at least," Adie said with a small shrug, letting out an 'oof' sound as Cody playfully sat on her. He didn't hurt her in the slightest - she was much more resilient than people gave her credit for. Smiling as Skylar walked in, she would have waved if she wasn't being sat on.
"During the week my sleep schedule is too hectic to be too big of a hero."

"Whatever the dictionary says." Skylar smirked. Still having mixed feelings about this team, he walked over to the big domed window and looked up into the sea. He was ten feet away from Adie when she spoke.
"Whoa, wait, what? Who?" he asked her.
