It's no biggie either way. I've seemingly lost more than a few items I thought I had thanks to the quirks of the old inventory organizer.

Well, it is up and running again. Hopefully for good this time. All this stemmed from a error thanks to the preloaded youtube app for Windows 8. Yeah, i am really reluctant to run any apps now.

Wow, that's quite a crash for an app to cause all that, but Microsoft does love making dangerous use of deep system-level components with their own programs (but not letting other devs do so).

Yeah, most people I know who have W8 use the desktop portion exclusively, since the other portion was made fro tablets first and foremost.

The only apps I use are program shortcuts . . . skype (thanks to the activity in the OOC thread), links to yahoo, chrome, and I used to have one for Starcraft II. When I reacquire the damned Windows Office, then I will put that in there too. Links I can trust.
