Natalia Romanova THANK YOU! 8D
Sorry the Olympics is invading your personal space and is stoopid. Has it at least been good for a economic boost or do all the visitors suck? No, the city will be in massive debt for quite a while thanks to mismanagement and the economic crisis.

I don't have cancer!
heart 4laugh
But.. she did say that the big cyst.. I had one like it on my other ovary (just not nearly as big, of course). She removed all she could remove. To get it all, I'd have to lose my other ovary. HOWEVER, she says it should not present an issue in regards to conceiving/carrying a baby. She says it could get bigger but it might not. We just have to keep an eye on it now that we know it's there. In fact, she gave me a prescription for prenatal vitamins today. I suppose she's optimistic. I go back next week for a follow-up and 3 weeks or so after that, I'm going in for a total check (Women's Wellness Appointment) and then a few weeks after that, we can get down to business.
I'm sore as hell though. They took the staples out. Some of them hurt like hell, especially the ones near the belly button. Now that the stability offered by the staples is gone, it hurts more and I can move less. Went to Walmart and my back was KILLING me. Not sure what that's about. Mom says it's just from surgery, my body not being healed and whatnot.

Congratulations on the great news! Waiting for these kind of tests can be quite tiresome.
A few months back I went through something similar with my father (doctors suspected cancer) and it's something really hard to go through. Even when most facts point towards a favourable outcome there's always a part of you that can't help but wonder and fear for the worst case scenario. All you can do is hang on and trust in others prudent advices and counsel.
I'm very glad everything turn out alright for you. Big hug. biggrin

I'm very glad everything turn out alright for you. Big hug. biggrin I stressed about it all weekend to the point that when I was sitting in the room waiting for the doctor today, I thought I was going to cry, I was so freaked. The doctor said she got the results on Friday and she told them to call me.. Would have saved me a weekend full of worry, that's for sure. I'm still worried that I have some cyst material still on my good ovary but I'm going to try to trust that she's correct when she says it shouldn't affect anything. Brian just filled my Prenatal vitamin prescription. We live in a tiny town. Half of which will think I'm pregnant by the end of the week. rofl

Good to see eveything's going okay.. I think you had us all worried.. Be careful with those prenatals mine were huge I kept choking on them.. I'm sure you've already been told this but you're going to want to keep a good diet with lots of folic acid and calcium I also suggest seeing a dentist before you get pregnant ... some dentists don't take pregnant patients and pregnancy can do a number on your teeth.

I still have 7 weeks until we can start trying. I was just so surprised. All I did was ask her if having the piece of a cyst on my remaining ovary would make us do anything different in regards to the baby thing and she said, "Nope. Actually, let me give you a prescription for prenatals so you can start taking them now". Yes, I just looked at them and they are HUGE! I'm kinda excited because if she's giving me those, it sounds like she's confident it will work for us, finally even with only one ovary. 3nodding I couldn't manage when I had two, it seems weird to think I can pull it off with only one.

Thanks for the birthday wishes guys, and I hope Valentines day was pleasant for everyone. Sorry I haven't been around; working a lot and picking up extra shifts for more monies while fighting a ear infection that has a P.H.D in horribleness.
I'm SUPER happy to hear you don't have cancer Snow! Now go make some babhus! mad xd
PS: Where did the bachelor auction page go? I owe someone some date-age.
