Unnamed, I completely randomized all the matches, so that wasn't intentional. xD It actually makes sort of an interesting read, though. One fight was purely talking the whole way through and just ended up in a forfeit.

Vahn, not exactly, but others have suggested that and I thought it, too. Leviathan is a good example, though, and it'd be kind of cool to have other roleplay areas like the Barton coast and more places outside the colosseum itself. I mean, it's sort of inevitable that something like this would turn into that, just by blowing up. I had the original threads out in the main Gaian forum area, some people suggested a GGN so I went through with it, some people suggested leaving this open all year round so I'll probably go through with it, and now people are suggesting more things, so I'm considering them, too. Leviathan is Leviathan and this is...this. Whether you're joking or not, I still think it's something to discuss. One of the reasons I haven't set all that up, or created other non-IC threads that people have suggested, is because some of it seems sort of redudant. There's not even been 40 posts in The Stadium thread yet, so I don't really see a need. For what you said, Jesus-nin, I agree that people having their own rooms could make things a little overcrowded, but I thought of that because of this "Hell" guild where all of the members could make their own rooms if they wish. It actually didn't turn out too bad.

If I did implement that stuff, it probably wouldn't be for a while, or at least until I think about it more. It'd just be the same as Leviathan anyway, really, so there wouldn't be a need, so maybe I'll just close this place down till next year anyway. And there's already The Gaian Coliseum GGN for year-round...coliseum fighting. Plus, I wanted to just relax when this was all over.

So...I'll think about it.

Have you guys ever wondered why I try to keep what my characters are actually doing quiet and generally shy away from straight-out stating whatever special things they've got going (such as, for example, illusions)?

Me: *mentions in a post that if Lupus DOES hit Jikabuita with his fire spear, he will discover that Jikabuita is completely immune to fire*
Kai: "Well, my character teleports to dodge your attack, and oh by the way he's just randomly decided he's going to forget about the whole 'fire spear' thing and whip out a named weapon instead, even though he hasn't hit you with any fire yet and thus doesn't know you're immune to fire."

Most people don't seperate their perceptions from their character's perceptions, and what they read they will try and work with regardless of whether their character has learned it yet.

I don't understand why you and Reiko don't get along better.
