Does the bonus chakra of a Bijuu stack with the High Chakra the Bijuu gives?
For exemple: The yonbi host gets a 6/10 chakra bonus and has high chakra (5/10 bonus). Do the bonuses stack giving the host 11/10 chakra bonus?

Interest In Your Insides What bonuses would I get towards my Sharingan if I choose the shinobi class Ability control:Sharingan? You'd get a badass team mate.

my uchiha is approved, and My character is posted in the acceptance forum, Fireball, You now have a support Character in your team ;D Imma be all genjutsu this, genjutsu that.

Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)
Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
do you have to be a mist shinobi to learn this?

that doesnt sound like a "You must be a mist ninja" I guess it would be okay to have that as long as suiton is your element or one of them

Once i learn my jutsus... get everything accepted.... im wondering.... should i post a puppet that would make the average person cower in fear if they came across it.... no iv got enough puppets for now... and 3 element... that should be enough to pass the chunnin exams... *Merges with a tree and disappears* Wait a second, Did zane tell you that you could use three elements? Yes, zane said that i get earth/water/wood for now then at jounin i can pick another Ok, I talked to zane about elemental kekkei genkai people starting with three (the kekkei genkai and the two that support it) but another at Jounin? I'm gonna have to talk to him about that, I just dont agree. okies, it cant be mastered or anything and you cant go past jounin level jutsus for the 4th element. really i think i should be you cant go past chunnin...
...which is more then enough jutsu for one person.

I promise this. If I have to hurl myself into danger on a regular basis to do it, I will get the third Tomoe by the Chuunin exams.

No, it doesn't stack that way. (that would be insane)
The Yonbi host gets +6 chakra points/10
...Lance or Gregar should be the final word though.

I guess that the funniest thing about the chuunin exam is that there will be genins that are older than the tsuchikage
