Oh… shitnuggets… apparently, kicking one of the scientists had been a bad idea, as it caused the aforementioned scientist to dissolve into mist. Alastair merely stared, wondering if he had inadvertently developed some sort of super power. What a pity… he would have preferred the ability to stop certain people from ever breeding. He backed away quickly and promptly tripped over a rock. Trying to cover his face against the attack, Alastair quickly remembered that ghost-type pokémon used ghost-type moves. Arms were no barrier. He curled up into a little ball, hoping that it would be over soon.
And, if the pure undiluted terror running through his veins wasn’t enough, he was also getting hit with stuff. Damn trainers and their enthusiasm for throwing pokeballs.

 Lenne was slightly taken aback by the Gastly appearing as one of the scientists, though that wasn't what had really caught her eye. Piper had tugged on Lenne's leggings indicating two people off away from the crowd around the Gastly.
Quietly, Lenne turned and hurried off to them, wanting to know what they were up to. Hiding the dart gun behind her back just in case, she approached them.
"What're you doing with this tauros?" Lenne asked the individual by Soulcrusher.

Liam gave a growl when he saw Ridley's hand grasp the horn, turning to eye the other in cold anger. Still, he didn't slap it away. What was the point? He hadn't hurt any pokemon. Only Liam's pride.
Snorting, the healer weaved his fingers into the Tauros' (Soulcrusher's) fur, ignoring the gastly, hoping it would be caught soon.
EDIT: Liam glanced up when he heard someone speak behind him, looking over his shoulder and eying the girl, his eyes flickering over to Ridley curiously.

Dear geezbus! What the heck?! The Ghastly must love this group or something....anywho, everything seems to have settled down now...
NOT!
One of the wagons nearby suddenly shifted and reformed into a fifth Ghastly. It cackled and bounced in the air before moving to terrorize the Tauros. It must have taken the wagons' place while the Rockets had attacked! CATCH IT! This might be the last of them!
(Thankfully, the real wagon had not been destroyed, simply teleported and hidden in the forest around the campsite)

Ridley frowned as Lenne came over to them, taking ahold of Soulcrusher's horns and glancing at Liam. "What's it to you?" he asked protectively, giving her a meaningful look and nudged the dart gun he'd hid behind the Tauros with his foot. He'd seen her, one of his fellow Team Rocket members, but she probably wasn't aware that they were on the same side.
"Ros," Soulcrusher grunted, too distracted by Ridley's firm touch to notice the Gastly. Though the Gastly freaked Ridley out a lot!

okay, i don't want to go, but... it's 4.12am, and i have uni early, so i better go. thanks again to everyone, and have fun~ }} Still not out of her 'bereft and soullessly giggling' state, Penny stood there and watched the scientist turn into mist. It was just like that movie she once saw, where everybody got attacked and died in a strange mist...
Clutching a round object in her hand, Penny whispered a good luck to her wagon-mate. She weaved through the strange flailing obstacles that seemed to be spitting giant green seeds at the mist to her wagon, promptly crawled in and fell asleep.

Catching her empty pokeball again, tossed it at Aeon like a baseball who smacked it right at the wagon turned Ghastly with an Iron tail attack.
"HAH! Eat steel shot, Ghost!"
