Maddy walked into HQ. She sat down half way up the wall, too tired to climb onto the ceiling. She yawned, "Hello everyone."

"Hi Maddy, how are you?" she said with a smile in the girl's direction as she looked up from the laptop she was typing on while sitting on the couch. Persian was curled up at her feet, Houndour taking up the couch next to her.

Maddy yawned once again. "Oh, I'm good," She said. "Just very tired. I may just end up turning in early tonight."

"Turning in is always nice," she said with a small laugh, smiling over at the girl as she saw her yawn. People always seemed to be tired lately...stress must be everywhere around here.

"Hehe, yeah. I was so hyper a couple nights ago that all my sugar's been used up. Sleep sounds good. Good night!" She waved to Adie and then went off to her room, holding her head because of a headache.

Stretching, Adie cracked her neck as she finally finished her mission statement. Pinning it to the board, she yawned as Persian and Houndour followed her into her room. Laying down on the bed, she stretched as the two curled up on either side of her, Adie slipping off into sleep. -------------------------------------------------------------------- MISSION- New Wave of Poaching
We've found out why these Pokemon have been attacking people! A group of poachers have some new equipment that are giving off some kind of wave! The wave is upsetting the Pokemon and causing them to attack! The poachers hideout is somewhere on Route 115! Your mission is to go and destroy that new piece of equipment they've got! You will fight 4 poachers and their leader. Each poacher has two 1st stage Pokemon, the leader has 3 fully evolved Pokemon.
Pokemon: Any non evolved, non legendary Electric, Water, or Grass type pokemon.
Funds: 2300-3100
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stepping out of the shower, Adelle heard her TADS going off in her bedroom, as she dried her hair out, pulling it up, out of her face in a twisted bun. Toothbrush in her mouth, the blue-haired girl went to check what was going on, hoping it was a message from Cody. However, instead she saw the flashing message that detailed her next mission. Her eyes scanned over the text, at first looking a little disinterested. However, as soon as she saw the word “poacher”, Adelle found a renewed interest in the mission as her hatred of poachers caused a sense of anger to swell in her chest. If there was one thing she would NEVER stand for, it was poaching innocent pokemon.
Dressing quickly, Adelle went to the drawer where she stored her pokeballs, grabbing her team and attaching the pokeballs to her belt. She walked through HQ like a woman on a mission, disappearing through the teleporter and arriving on the beach, where she released Dratini into the water, leaping on the pokemon’s back as the two surfed to the blinking location on the map in her TADS – Route 115. Arriving on the shore of Hoenn, Adelle returned Dratini to her pokeball, looking at the route before her. Unfortunately, she didn’t know where she was supposed to find these jokers, but she wasn’t going to rest until she found them.
Setting off through the long grass so she could follow along the main path, she moved as quickly and silently as possible so she wouldn’t miss a single sound. The sound of a snapping twig, or the slightest rustle of the grass put her on edge, though it continuously turned out to be nothing. After a few hours of searching she was starting to think that her TADS had received faulty information when there was the sudden shouting of distant voices that caught her attention. Moving quickly in that direction, the sounds of a battle became more apparent to her as Adelle crashed through the lining of trees to see two men battling a Mareep at the same time. It was clear that the wild pokemon was injured, and just as one of them started to make a move towards the pokemon, Adie pulled a pokeball from her belt, releasing Pidgeotto into the air.
The flying pokemon gave a loud cry as it swooped around in the air so it faced the two poachers, releasing a powerful gust attack that knocked the men and their pokemon away from the terrified Mareep. The group of poachers / pokemon landed in a heap several feet away, glaring over at the blue-haired girl as she made the wild pokemon as comfortable as she could. Even her presence was scaring the poor thing, though it was obviously too weak to even try and defend itself anymore. It looked defeated, and the mere sight of the pain in the pokemon’s eyes was enough to send Adie into a fit of rage.
“Look here little girl, this ain’t none of your business. Take your Pidgeon and get outta here before something bad happens to you,” one of the men said as he got to his feet, helping his companion up. His eyes moved from Adelle to the Mareep, an unmistakable hunger glistening. It was clear that he was not the kind of man Adie was comfortable allowing to catch a pokemon – that he would not treat it with the love and respect that all pokemon deserved. He was in this for the money and nothing else.
“What is the matter with you?! Can’t you see he’s hurt” she practically screamed towards the two poachers as they shouted curses her way for interrupting them. Her green eyes glared up at him as he stopped in his slow approach, a grin coming to his lips as he pulled a pokeball from the inside of his jacket. As he released an Oddish into the clearing, Adelle looked at the tiny pokemon, who looked almost as unhappy as a lost Growlithe in the rain.
“I’ll teach you to get involved in things that don’t concern you. Oddish, hit them both with Stun Spore,” he said maliciously, the leaves on top of the tiny pokemon’s head starting to rustle as a golden power began to slowly fill the area. Doing her best to cover both her nose and mouth and the face of the wild pokemon, she called for another gust attack from Pidgeotto, who was continuously moving higher and higher in an attempt to keep from breathing in the powder. Flapping his wings in quick succession, a large blast of wind dispersed the powder throughout the area so it wasn’t as concentrated. The pokemon managed to save Adelle and himself from the spore as Oddish leaned forwards, beginning to gather particles of sunlight into its body in preparation for Solar Beam. Adie had only seconds to react, and so she did the first thing she could think of.
“Pidge, use Wing Attack,” she called out, Pidgeotto flying up into the air and twisting around before speeding towards the Oddish, his powerful wings beating against the pokemon and causing it to faint. Growling lowly, the poacher pulled a second pokeball from his belt, releasing a Spoink into the forest clearing. Returning Pidgeotto, who deserved a rest after everything he had just been through, Adie pulled Duskull’s pokeball from her belt, releasing the ghost pokemon into the battle. The two stared at each other for a moment before the Bounce Pokemon made its move. The orb on top of its head started glowing, releasing a Psybeam directly towards Duskull. The attack hit home, knocking her ghost pokemon back through the air, though the battle was far from over.
Duskull’s body began to darken as his glowing red eye flashed, releasing a powerful Night Shade attack towards Spoink. The ghost type damage was enough to almost faint the opposing pokemon, though it was not quite enough. Spoink retaliated with a powerful Confuse Ray, the glowing red eye of her Duskull starting to move in strange patterns. It was clear that her pokemon was confused beyond all confusion, and as it went to attack with an Astonish attack, all that resulted was self-sustained damage, Spoink taking advantage of the opportunity to unleash a Psywave towards the confused pokemon, though with the decreased HP of the attacker, it did little damage. Calling for Duskull to focus, Adie requested Shadow Sneak on the opposing pokemon. At first she thought that her pokemon was going to inflict damage on himself again, though he pulled through. Disappearing in a flurry of shadow, he reappeared next to Spoink, dealing another significant amount of ghost damage that send Spoink to the ground, knocking it out.
Adie pumped her fist in the air, sticking her tongue out at the poacher as he turned and started running away, Adie looking at the other poacher with her mouth open, ready to unleash some sort of comment towards him. However, her eyes widened as she saw him pulling a pokeball from his pocket, preparing to throw it at the weakened Mareep.
Not on her watch.
Pulling a Great Ball from her bag, Adelle threw the empty ball at the exact moment that the poacher released his ball from his hand, the girl concerned for a moment that she had not thrown it fast enough. However, as her ball made contact with the pokemon, the electric sheep disappearing in a flash of red light, she heaved a sigh of relief, staring intently at the ball as it lay on the ground. It shook once…twice…three times, and finally lay still on the ground, the pokemon inside too weak to fight back anymore. Duskull appeared next to the ball, sticking a large, strangely red tongue out at the poacher who looked absolutely livid at the whole situation before the ghost pokemon disappeared once more, dropping the new pokemon in Adie’s hand. Returning Duskull to his pokeball, the other poacher let out a scream of frustration, pulling a pokeball from his belt.
“I’ll show you to take what don’t belong to you,” he wailed, releasing Snubbull into battle. Adie reached for a pokeball on her belt, however, before she had a chance to release a pokemon into battle there was a loud thud, Magikarp pushing himself from his pokeball and flopping into the battle. Adelle stood for a second, seeming to be in shock at what just happened before letting out an angry growl.
“GRAH! Get back in your ball,” she called out, though it was no use. The poacher laughed so hard he was doubled over and holding his sides like he was afraid he was going to fall apart if he let go. Calling out for Snubbull to take care of the fish, obviously knowing that there was no threat in this scenario, the Fairy Pokemon instantly charging forwards with a powerful Headbutt that sent the fish pokemon flying across the ring and into Adelle’s arms. He was still flopping around, apparently to dumb to realize that he had just been hit with an attack, but that was enough for Adelle to know that she was not putting him back in the battle. Forcing him to return to his pokeball, Adie released Nidorino into battle, who she expected to win this in the first place. The purple pokemon pawed at the ground, brandishing his impressive horn towards the Snubbull, apparently itching for a fight.
Snubbull leapt forwards, landing a bite attack on Nidorino that caused the poison pokemon to let out a cry of surprise. However, he was more than a match for this opponent. Heaving the other pokemon off of him, he darted forwards and delivered a massive Horn Attack to the pink pokemon, knocking it back substantially. Snubbull, obviously getting more and more angered by the fight, rushed forwards in a Take Down attack, dealing a substantial amount of damage to Nidorino, though he took quite a bit of damage in recoil as well. Nidorino was not going to give up that easily, and the pokemon leapt forwards, kicking Snubbull in a powerful Double Kick, which landed two devastating blows on the opponent pokemon. Snubbull managed to get to his feet, though as he struck another fighting stance, the pokemon could not maintain any more, and fell backwards, KO’d.
The poacher, obviously upset by his loss, returned the fainted pokemon to its pokeball, thinking for a moment before pulled a second pokeball from his belt and looking at it for a moment. Grinning maliciously at the girl before him, he released Buizel into battle, the pokemon blinking in the light. It was one of the cutest things Adie had ever seen before in her life, but she was forced to look at it as an opponent instead of something she just wanted to pick up and squeeze. Nidorino let out an angered roar, pawing the ground in such a way that Adie didn’t even want to consider calling the pokemon back. Hopefully his aggression was enough to win this battle for them.
Buizel, in an impressive show of speed, rushed forwards in a Quick Attack that knocked Nidorino to the side. Without missing a beat, however, the poison pokemon retaliated with a Fury Attack, his horn jabbing into the Sea Weasel Pokemon 4 times and dealing quite a bit of damage. Buizel shook its head to recover form the attack relaxing it’s body and closing its eyes as it used Agility, making it even faster than before. Nidorino rushed forwards while the pokemon relaxed, using Poison Jab with a powerful thrust of his horn. Buizel let out a cry as poison coursed through it’s body, though the little pokemon was a lot tougher than it looked.
Jumping into the air, it used Aqua Jet, which sent a stream of water barreling into Nidorino and knocking him back. It was clear that her pokemon was about done, but just when it looked like he couldn’t stand any more, the pokemon pulled through, snorting as he got to his feet once more, staring down the opposing pokemon, who didn’t look much better. Rushing forwards, the purple pokemon unleashed another Fury Attack, striking 3 times and effectively knocking out the opposing pokemon.
“I….You’ll be sorry….I’ll tell the boss on you,” she man stammered, staring at his fainted pokemon for a moment in shock before calling it back, glaring over to the girl. Adie rushed towards Nidorino, kneeling next to the tired pokemon as he snorted in the poacher’s direction with enough ferocity to send him sprinting away. Returning the pokemon quickly so he could rest, she took off after the poacher, hoping to follow him to the head honcho and get them to leave this area.
She sprinted after him for several minutes, thinking that she lost him when something hit her like a ton of bricks. Sprawled out on the ground, she groaned softly, pushing herself up onto her elbow to see two men standing over her, grinning confidently down at her. Both tossed pokeballs in their hands as she stood, dusting herself off.
“Hasn’t anyone ever told you that it’s rude to shove nice girls in the dirt,” she breathed out, cupping one hand over her ribs as she stood hunched over, breathing heavily as the wind had been knocked out of her when she hit the ground. One of the men simply laughed, shaking his head.
“You might have been able to defeat those two losers Benny and Ted, but no one steals from our group and gets away with it,” he said simply, holding one pokeball out in a sort of challenge to her. This was all about that Mareep? If they thought she was giving up that pokemon to a bunch of jerks like them, well they had another thing coming. Nodding to show that she accepted his challenge, the man gave an evil smile, releasing his first pokemon – Krabby. In response, Adelle released Dratini, the elegant pokemon glistening in the sparse like of the trees. The dragon pokemon turned to her, giving her a concerned look as she saw that her mistress was injured, but Adelle waved her off. It was more important for her to focus on winning.
Krabby started the battle off by shuttling forwards, catching Dratini in a powerful Vicegrip that did quite a bit of damage. Unable to get the crab pokemon to let go, Dratini’s long body slid around the Krabby, suddenly constricting in a powerful Wrap attack. Despite being caught in the coils of an angered Dratini, the Krabby was able to release a Bubble attack, though the damage was practically insignificant. Water damage did little to Dratini, who responded by giving another might squeeze of her body, dealing more damage to Krabby. Realizing that there was little he could do at such a close range, constricted by the opposing pokemon, Krabby used Harden, his external shell glistening over as his defense rose.
Dratini gave another squeeze, dealing yet more damage with her wrap attack, and it was clear that the opposing pokemon could not take much more damage. Managing to get one claw free, Krabby raised it into the air, bringing it down in one swift motion to release a Crabhammer attack that did a critical amount of damage to Dratini. Still, with her type advantage, it was nothing compared to the damage she was doing with her wrap attack, and one more powerful squeeze was all it took for the crab pokemon to faint. Dratini released the fainted pokemon from her grasp, the poacher forced to recall the pokemon with an unimpressed snort in Adelle’s direction.
“Beginner’s luck,” he muttered, pulling a second pokeball out and releasing a Swinub into battle. Adelle looked at the pokemon, having never seen anything like it before. Dratini looked like it wanted to stay out of her ball to make sure that Adie was alright, but Adelle had other plans. Returning Dratini to her pokeball, though it was clear that the pokemon did not want to go quietly, Adie released Wartortle into battle. Her oldest pokemon, she knew that he would always come through in a pinch, especially against pokemon she knew virtually nothing about.
“Wartortle, start things out with Hydro Pump,” she called out to her pokemon, not appearing as confident as she normally did. When in doubt, use your strongest attack, right? Wartortle leapt into the air, retracting into his shell before releasing a powerful jet of water towards Swinub. Surprising, the damage she managed to do was substantial, mostly because she had a type advantage. Looks like she picked the right pokemon after all. Grinning, confidence completely restored, her opponent showed his first sign of concern as he called for Swinub to use Blizzard. The Ice attack was powerful, but only did half the amount of damage it would do against a normal pokemon. Not waiting to see what was going to happen next, Wartortle leapt into the air, flipping downwards and striking Swinub with Aqua Tail, dealing enough damage for the pokemon to faint.
“Joey, you can’t do anything right,” the second poacher growled, shoving his accomplice out of the way as the fainted pokemon was recalled from battle. Wartortle placed himself protectively in front of his mistress, glaring across at the man as he pulled a pokeball from his bag, releasing Bidoof. Despite how cute the pokemon was, it looked rather aggressive, and she knew just what pokemon to pit against it. Recalling Wartortle so he could regain his strength for future battles, Adie called Nidorino back into battle. The pokemon looked a little more rested than he did earlier, though it was clear that he was still tired. She had to win this battle quick so she could give him some more rest.
Bidoof rushed forwards, clamping his fangs into her pokemon in a powerful Hyper Fang attack that caused Nidorino to flinch in pain. Even though she called for him to use Horn Attack, the flinch gave Bidoof another chance to attack almost instantly. Lunging forwards, a powerful Headbutt knocked Nidorino back in the arena, the pokemon clearly injured. He tried to stand once more, only to slump over, KO’d. Concern instantly shot over Adelle’s features as she recalled her pokemon, thinking a moment before releasing Pidgeotto.
Letting out a shrill call, Pidgeotto managed to attack first with Quick Attack, which did quite a bit of damage to the unsuspecting Bidoof. However, the normal type retaliated with Rollout, knocking into Pidgeotto and doing relatively little damage. Pidgeotto soared into the air, flapping his wings quickly to whip up a Gust attack that visciously hit the opposing pokemon, knocking it across the ring. However, the Beaver Pokemon managed to recover, ripping through the area and slamming into the Bird pokemon with a more powerful Rollout than the last turn. Wings spread wide, Adie’s pokemon retaliated with a Wing Attack that slammed into Bidoof, knocking it out for the count. Pidgeotto landed on the ground, looking a little tired as well from the day as the pair stared across the road to the poacher, who glared straight back at her.
“You will not ruin this for us,” he practically screamed, releasing his second pokemon – Chimchar. Why were all their pokemon so cute?! Recalling Pidgeotto for some rest, Adie released Wartortle once more, hoping to end the battle quickly enough with her type advantage. Flames leapt up around the Chimp Pokemon as it somersaulted forwards in a Flame Wheel, knocking against Wartortle. It did some damage, though Adie just grinned at him as Wartortle quickly recovered, jumping into the air and releasing a powerful Water Gun attack straight at Chimchar. Steam erupted into the area as the attack hit the fire pokemon, though the Chimchar was not out of the battle. Rushing forwards, he delivered a quick Fury Swipes attack, his claws scraping against Wartortle’s shell three times before the pokemon stopped. Whipping his tail around, Wartortle delivered another fatal Aqua Tail, knocking the pokemon out as the flames around its body burned dangerously low. Adelle moved forwards instantly, grabbing the man by the collar of his shirt and pulling him close to her before he had a chance to run away.
“Now listen here you little pip-,” she started to say in a low voice, however before she had a chance to finish there was a rustling in the bushes behind her, drawing her attention away from her prey. Out stepped a man in a khaki safari outfit, looking at her like she was toast. It was intimidating enough that she gulps softly, though the determination in her eyes was enough to make any man falter.
“Young lady, you will release my son immediately and leave this area at once. We have already laid claim to these pokemon,” he said in an authoritative voice. Adelle shoved the man in her clutches towards him, her eyes narrowing as he said that their group already claimed the pokemon in this area.
“Look mister, this is a no catch zone. Not to mention your sons, or whoever they are real jerks to their pokemon and don’t deserve any more until they understand what it is like to be a good trainer. I can’t let you continue to poach here,” she said simply, Wartortle standing in front of her in a protective fashion in case he decided to attack her. Rather than get angry or anything, the man laughed, twisting his mustache with a grin on his lips as he looked her over.
“Young lady, if you are so confident you can do so, then I will not stop you from trying. If you are indeed the trainer you seem to think you are, then battling me should prove no challenge at all.” The man slipped his safari hat from his head, three pokeballs attached to the band. Adelle looked at him, nodding to show that she accepted his challenge. She knew that she treated her pokemon well, and they would do anything to make sure that she was happy. Right now, getting these jerks out of this forest was what would make her the happiest of all.
“Fine! You don’t intimidate me. Three pokemon each. And if I win you better high tail it out of here before I call Officer Jenny,” she said in a violent voice, pulling her first pokemon from her belt. She knew that her team was tired, and it didn’t look like this battle was going to be as easy as the others, but she hoped she spread out their battles enough that her team would be relatively rested. Releasing Dratini into battle once more, the man grinned, pulling out his first pokeball and releasing Slaking into battle. Adie had never seen what her Slakoth could become, but if it was anything like the pokemon in front of her, she would prefer it to stay small and cute forever.
Reaching out with one long arm, the Lazy pokemon delivered a powerful Scratch attack to Dratini, though it was not enough to deter her pokemon from continuing to fight. Dratini’s body extended into the air, the pokemon releasing a loud cry as shockwaves exploded from her body in a powerful Dragon Rage attack. Slaking felt the impact of the shockwaves, which took away a substantial amount of damage from the large pokemon. The only problem was that Slaking retaliated with Counter, the damage delivered twice what Dratini dealt the turn before. The Dragon Pokemon looked like she was on her last leg, and it was time to end this battle before things got even worse.
“I know you’re tired Dratini, but it’s time to end this. Hyper Beam,” she called out, looking at her pokemon with concern. The last thing she wanted to do was push her pokemon too hard where they would injure themselves. However, Dratini nodded to her, a large blast of energy forming in the pokemon’s open mouth before exploding towards the opposing pokemon, engulfing its huge form in a sea of orange light. Both trainers were forced to cover their eyes from the blast, and when the light finally cleared, Slaking was down for the count. The man did not look angry, nor impressed. He simply recalled his pokemon, pulling a second pokeball from his hat and releasing the pokemon into the clearing.
A flash of red light, and a massive pokemon appeared before her, gleaming in the sparse light. Steelix, one of the largest pokemon Adie had ever seen in her life was there before her, letting out a roar so loud she had to cover her ears. Dratini was so exhausted there was no way she would make it through another fight, so Adie recalled her to her pokeball, thinking for a moment about who would be the most effective against the steel type. Biting her lower lip gently, her fingers slid over one ball and then the next, finally settling on Wartortle.
Releasing the water pokemon into the ring, she could only hope that her water attacks would be enough to take the opposing pokemon down quickly, before it did too much damage. She wanted to make sure that one of her strongest pokemon still had enough juice in him if she needed to use him against the man’s last pokemon as well. It looked like she was going to be using an all out offensive strategy this battle, aiming to do the most damage in the least amount of time.
Wartortle attacked first, jumping into the air and releasing a Hydro Pump attack straight at Steelix. Despite the size difference between the pokemon, the damage Wartortle was able to deal was impressive. However, a powerful whip of Steelix’s tail in a Slam attack that knocked the blue turtle back slightly. Wartortle regained his balance, firing another Hydro Pump at Steelix. The water damage was too much for the large Iron Snake Pokemon to handle, its massive form falling to the ground, sending a tremor through the earth below.
For the first time since the battle started, the poacher looked like he was starting to sweat. Just the thought of knockin that smug grin out from under his mustache brought a grin to Adie’s face as she looked at Wartortle. He looked tired, but at the same time determined to win this one for her. And with only one pokemon left to defeat, it seemed more and more like a possibility. Pulling his last pokeball from the band of his hat, he gently kissed it before releasing his last pokemon into battle – Camerupt. The pokemon stood as tall as she did, giving her an angry stare as she looked at Wartortle, who gave her a confident nod. He knew his own strength better than she did, and if he thought he could do it, then Adie was going to support him.
Turning his back to Wartortle, the first attack that was launched was a Lava Plume attack, molten rock shooting from Camerupt’s back and shooting straight at Wartortle. The attack hit, the heat intense, though the fire damage did little against Wartortle’s type advantage. Spraying a well placed Water Gun straight at the opposing pokemon. The attack did immense damage to the fire pokemon, though it managed to hang on by a thread. Slamming its immense foot into the ground, a terrible Earthquake rattled the area, Wartortle successfully able to stay standing after the blow. All it took was one more attack from Wartortle to finish this battle off – a Bubble attack filling the space between the two pokemon and dealing a significant amount of damage.
Camerupt slumped to the ground, KO’d as the man looked at Adelle with a completely loathing glare. Returning his fainted pokemon, Adelle stamped her foot into the ground, crossing her arms over her chest as she waited for him to go. The three other poachers she had already defeated made an appearance, all looking at her like she was a crazy person.
“Boys, let’s go. There are plenty of pokemon elsewhere,” he said, waving his hand as the group started to make it’s way through the trees. As soon as they were out of earshot, she returned Wartortle to his pokeball, pulling her TADS out and dialing the nearest police station.
“Officer Jenny? I want to leave an anonymous tip about a group of Poachers outside Route 115. I already defeated them in battles, so they shouldn’t pose too hard of a problem when you pick them up. Please hurry, I don’t want them to get out of the area,” she said simply, hanging up the phone when she was sure that the group was going to be picked up. The last thing she could do was allow those men to get away and have the chance to poach pokemon somewhere else.
Turning, she headed back towards the beach, grinning as she heard the sounds of sirens entering the area. Everything was taken care of, and she managed to catch a new member for her team! Smiling, Adie released Dratini into the water, giving the tired pokemon a soft hug. Holding onto the pokemon, the pair made their way back to Aquos Island, taking their sweet time. She didn’t want to push her pokemon too hard, especially after the hard battling she had been doing. When they did get to the beach, she returned the pokemon to her pokeball for a well-deserved rest before heading back into HQ, practically collapsing on the couch. Turning the TV on, she grinned as she read the headline: “Poachers captured off Route 115. Pokemon in the Area Now Safe.”

Arekku comes into HQ a little warry of the other people his little time spent in the HQ hascaused problems with his memory of what's where, "I'm lost again!" The Marill he had caught a while back was standing on his right shoulder, tail around the back of his neck and perched on his left. "Do you remember which way to the teleporting room is from here, Marill?" Marill only shook his head and sighed. He listens to some noise up ahead, "I think it'd be best to stay away from that direction."

A strange figure enters through the teleporter and into the building below the surface. He looks familiar to many, new to some, but favorable to all. He stood about 6 foot 2 inches as the boy walked over to the couch and plopped down on his fanny.
"So good to be home." Ginji smiled as he ran his fingers through his dark blonde hair. He sighed deeply as his bags appeared by his side. Sabbaticals were hard work.

"What've I missed?" he asked normally.
