The girl took advantage of the distraction to kick Nyl off of her. Nyl landed on her feet, but wasn't fast enough to dodge a hard punch that connected with her right eye.

Reeve, who had not yet time to sober up, was sufficiently freaked out by the deja-vu no jutsu. He hides this though. "Don't you ever....ever scare me like that..."

Seph took a step forward, but stopped himself. This was well within Nyl's range of capability. "Everything you've been doing?" He swallowed the lump in his throat. "It's up to you, Nyl. Your decision will determine what I do."

Fenris never looked back at Reeve as she stared down. her whole body felt wierd, a painful wierd from crying too much or depression. She shakilly stood up, grabbing hold of a tree for support as she slowly walked away. Her mind was filled with too many confusing things right now, "I'm sorry... Reeve..."

Reeve follows her, feeling a lot more sober. And irritable. Why was he drinking again? Oh, yeah.

You know if you don't kill her you could just leave her crippled for life, and make her WISH you had killed her.
*Zyphier smiles. He didn't have the energy to transform back just yet so his snake fangs were still in his mouth, half formed and they glinted in the light. He hung back but was in a postion that brought a Viper to mind. Ready to strike but holding back. He was actualy afraid of biteing Nyl by mistake.*

Nyl looked at the girl, shaking her head. "Call me what you like. I won't kill senselessly."
The girl shook her head. Still snickering, she disappeared into the forest.
Nyl watched after her, slowly dropping to her knees with a sigh. "How much is it possible for one person to ruin in one day?"

Fenris stopped, almost stumbling as she kept staring down, confused as to what he meant. Things went so fast... It was driving her insane. "W-wha...?"

That was a twist he wasn't ready for. She just..walked away? Wasn't her job to kill Nyl, or something? He looked at Nyl, raising an eyebrow, then shrugged some, taking her question to be a rhetorical one.
"Might tea cheer you up?" His voice was still rather tense, somewhat confused at what had just happened.

Nyl got up, but one step on her newly-injured leg had her stumbling again. She caught herself, though, shaking her head as though trying to get thoughts out of it.
"Tea, sure. ...And then someone needs to explain to me what in the world has been going on around here. I was only gone for a few hours..."

*looking at Nyl Zyphier sighs feeling his heart leting go of fear. This was the second time he was afraid for her. He was afraid she was miss reading his actions. He then offers Nyl his walking stick or a shoulder to help her walk.*

Care for a hand back to the Dojo? I figure if your near by Seph won't try to hurt me for doing something dumb again.
