Hayate looked at Itaka slightly suspiciously for a second. "My mistake. Sorry about that" he eventually answered taking his eye off him and onto his drink "Must have hurt a fair bit. Was it hard getting used to not being able to fly anymore?"
Satoshi shook her head and stuck her tounge out "Nice try you two but I aint saying nothing about peoples names. It's not a jutsu by the way. I work for a special section of ninjas that insist on using fake names for tradition" she answered.
Felina hesitated glancing at the wheel "Not right now cousin. You only spin it when you need to change direction." She took Cid off her head and onto her shoulder instead "Maybe you can ask Alpha to let you do it next time we need to change direction"

Itaka sighed "Sorry Seph, don't suppose there's a way for a demon to regain her wings?" he asked taking a sip "I mean theres always Chobi but still I reckon flying normally would be better." he sighed and smirked "Guess the demon regretted messin with you huh?"
Mari pondered this and sighed "Aww....well what are your comrade's names at least?" she said leaning back and taking a drink.
Zadina sighed "Yes Ma'am I'll wait for Cap'n Alpha's command" he muttered.
Oassu nodded "I guess so but once it's over we'll get some serious R+R at Felina's place" he smiled leaning back and putting his arms behind his head.

Seph took a sip of her wine then placed the glass back on the table "Only the reptile sort of demons can regrow stuff but it's all in the past now. I can deal with it, although it made travelling take longer. On a lighter note the demon I killed was one of those I had waited a long time just to punch" she smirked recalling the moment.
"Don't be so closed minded Satoshi. You could at least tell us the bames of your team mates" Hebal pouted. She walked over to the ninja and poked her on the shoulder "I'll keep poking you until you open up a little"

Felina smiled and patter her cousin on the head. "You're doing a great job at keeping the ship steady so I'll put in a good word for you and maybe then Alpha will let you do more next time" she told him
Hayate looked over to the room which was being used as a stable as Itaka mentioned Chobi "You know that bird is probably hungry. We haven't been around to look after her properly the past couple of days" he pointed out.
Satoshi growled a little as Hebal poked her. "Fine I'll tell you a little about my team" she eventually answered with a sigh. "You know me already obviously. The second member of my team is known as Isamu, he is the only one left who was in my original team so we are quite close. The third member is Hitomi. She specialises in genjutsu and finally theres Takeo, he's a rookie taijutsu user"

Itaka nodded "Well I guess it don't matter you did lose your wing, your pretty damn good on the ground anyway." he said slamming his empty glass down. "After all you nearly beat me once right? And I consider myself a solid ground force at that" he said patting his chest.
Oassu leaned forward curiously "Only a rookie Taijutsu user?" he sighed "Kinda a weak link to have a rookie in there no?"
Mari frowned "I thought you disliked Genjutsu users?" she said sipping her sake "It's weak and tricksy playing with your mind." she said shaking her head.
Zadina nodded "I want to push that button!" he said pointing to a big red button that said MISSILES.

"Don't you go touching that button!" Alpha called over to Zadina before taking the wheel off him "Press that one at the wrong time and you could blow up a small town"
Seph grinned standing up "Thanks. I think I don't do too bad but incidently, it's your speed that lets you down" she told Itaka and stuck her tongue out "But Hayate is right. I need to feed Chobi. Want to come help?" she added before heading off to the chocobo's room.
Hebal giggled and gave Satoshi a playful hug "Now doesn't it feel so much better to be open about things. Even if you were vague. Tell us some more" she requested

Felina frowned and picked up Cid from her head "He was only being curious Alpha. He was actually really good at keeping the ship under control and didn't need me to step and help" she told him and winked at Zadina.
Hayate stretched along the sofa as Seph stood up "Thanks for the offer but I think I'll stay here. Chocobos aren't really my thing plus I'm too lazy to get up" he replied with a yawn.
Satoshi rolled her eyes and struggled out of the viera's hug is she already tipsy after one glass? She walked over to the table and picked up some sake "We don't get to pick our teams. I don't particulaly like genjutsu but Hitomi works hard and gets the job done so I'm not going to get on her back. As for Takeo, he graduated out the academy early so couldn't be put in a new team and ours had an open space. Everyone has to start somewhere" she shrugged.

Itaka frowned crossing his arms "I can't do everything fast, besides she lacks power in her style." he muttered before getting up and stretching and following Seph.
Zadina giggled "Awwww but it might be fun" he tittered before planting himself down next to Satoshi.
Mari giggled a little herself "I think your a little tipsy Hebal," she said before pouring a glass of wine "And I guess thats alright, teamwork can be awkward at times but I'm sure you know all about that Satoshi" she said.
Oassu went up to Felina "Yeah give the kid a break Alpha ain't you ever had the urge to just blow stuff up" he said sticking his tongue out at Alpha.

Seph turned around and raised her eyebrow at Itaka "I heared that. Now if I lacked power I wouldn't have nearly beaten you" she replied stepping into the room. Chobi flapped about and skipped towards Seph as she entered the room. She grinned picking up the bucket to feed the creature.
Alpha laughed and nodded at Oassu. "Sure I have. I was a right little pyromaniac as a kid. But I didn't blow up a town, just a microwave" he admitted then ruffled the kids hair "You did a good job. I'll have to leave you in charge more often"
Hebal grinned and gave Mari a hug since Satoshi moved away "Just a little but cheer up, I'm not going to have anymore. It's good to know you're such a good team player" she added to the ninja

Felina backed away a little from Alpha towards Oassu when he mentioned being a pyromaniac "Umm... Ok you should be able to relate to him a little" she answered feeling awkward. She leaned in to Zadina "Say thank you to him and don't become like him" she whispered.
"Have fun you two" Hayate called to Seph and Itaka with a grin before spreading himself out further. He looked over at the rest of the group hanging around the controls and spent a minute observing them quietly.
Satoshi laughed a little at Hebals comment "I'm not perfect at team work and I am not a leader either. I have a fair few arguments with Takeo" she stated looking down at her nails "Lets just stop talking about my life"

Itaka rolled his eyes "Sticks an stones, but you just played to my lack of speed." he said petting Chobi. "Have you taken this bad boy out for a flight yet?" he asked
Mari hugged Hebal in surprise and absent-mindedly poked at her ears in the hug "As you wish Satoshi but what would you like to talk about" she said as she pinged one of Hebal's ears.
Zadina nodded "Thank you Cap'n Alpha!" he said bowing before turning to Felina "Why can't I be like him? Isn't he a nice old man?" he whispered back.
Oassu paused for a moment "Microwaves? I didn't think they had them back in your time..in fact I'm not even sure we have them now" he said bamboozled at the logic of it.

"Chobi is a girl" Seph pointed out and shook her head as she fed the chocobo. "We haven't really had the chance to yet. Ever since I got her we have been busy in Mari's town. It's a shame that shes just been cooped up the past few days"
Alpha laughed and patted Oassu's shoulder "I don't mean the sort you see nowerdays. Those ones are only owned by all the rich people that want to save money by not hiring folk to cook for them"
Hebal sighed and let go on Mari "Fine we can discuss something else. But you should be a little more like Mari" she teased Satoshi. She turned and waved to Hayate. "Why not come up and join in on the fun?" she chirped.

Felina giggled a little as her cousin whispered to her "He is a nice old man but he has a lot of bad habbits" she replied. She straightened herself up "Microwaves are silly inventions. Food tastes far nicer when someone has made it for you" she told the others in her normal tone.
Satoshi rolled her eyes and shrugged "But I'm not Mari. I am me and not a huggable person. I don't care what we talk about as long as it isn't me or my personal life." she anwered bluntly.
Hayate sighed and picked up his glass of wine from the table and headed over to the others "I'll have you know I am having the time of my life" he replied sarcastically taking a drink.

Itaka peeked a quick look under Chobi "My mistake..." he said before standing up and leaning on the wall "Well why don't you take him out now? It's a good night for it" he said glancing out the circular window at the starry night.
Mari giggled at Satoshi and gave her a hug "I'm sure you'll change your mind with time but for now we'll let ya be" she said letting go of her. She waved to Hayate "I'm sure Hayate is more talkative" she said "Who is this partner of yours I keep hearing about?" she asked.
Zadina nodded "I'll keep an eye out for these habits" he glanced around before standing on his tiptoes to whisper to Felina "Is a fet fish a bad habit?" he asked quietly.
Oassu thought about this "Ya know I'd think having folk hired to cook for ya would be more of a show of your wealth but meh" he smiled "I suppose I saw a microwave or two in some of the places I robbed, less servants means less folk to catch ya." he grinned "Also had the chance to play the stock market once....invest in something called....automobiles" he spread his hands and shook his head "like thats ever gonna take off" he sighed

Seph put the bucket down on the floor and petted Chobi "I don't know if flying them is any different to how you ride them on the ground but I could take her out and see for myself. Provided you think she could keep up with the airship"
Alpha scratched his chin "I have heared of those automobiles. I think the idea has some potential. You should see the other stuff they are trying to make nowerdays, like a machine that washes stuff. Why would people need one of those?"
Hebal raised her eyebrow at Hayate "You don't look like your having that much fun. Don't be all closed and a party pooper like Satoshi" she told him and stuck her tongue out at the ninja.
