It seemed that almost instantly, Kat dropped some sort of act, and almost felt like her self. She talked evenly, with almost no emotion to her voice at all, which was the way she talked when completely alone. "Fine, glad to have that finally established." She turned from the nail in her face and kept waling. "And get it into your head that not everything is done with the assumption of making, or wanting you to suffer." She looked at him out of the corner of her eye. She had wanted a reaction, but she still had wanted him to enjoy it... "And So... Kitty, respect the fact that others actually want you to feel good," Her voice dropped to a point where there absolutly was no emotion, but her face looked... sad. "You have not been gentle since I met you, I don't think you could be gentle." She turned on her heal and walked away. Upset, not noticing her sketch book had fallen on the floor behind her.
Eliot felt some relief. "Well, the half-elf wizard." She shook her head, not really sure how it happened herself. "Well he saved me once, although I'm thinkign now it was to Morelle's urging. And He allowded me to stay with him till my body healed. And now I guess I'm returning the favour..." She left out her feelings for him, but she was sure by not that must be quite obvious.

The drow walked casually towards the miniture labyrinth that was the entrance to the Stonekeep. He noticed a lone centry at the gate, or more percisely the hole in the wall. He noted that it was that soulles doll Malik gave to Meilikki. Iris...
He walked to her and stopped before her, "Geetings Iris, Why are you here?"

She was still processing. Wait, what had Malik just given up...did he just do what she thought he did? Perhaps that worried her more than the lack of control issue. But her attention was temporarily diverted to Eca who obviously wanted the sword. Unstrapping it from her hip, Piper handed over the blade. Then her attention went back to Malik once more. Obvious worry in her eyes as it really sunk in. "If you die now..." She let that trail because she didn't want to finish it. He wouldn't be coming back...something that she never really thought about. But now the reality of him never coming back should he parish was really sinking in. As always...reality was harsh. Fingers tightened around her collar some.
Poor Zephyr was at a loss. There was really nothing he could do but stand there, give the occassional nuzzle and comforting word to the mare. No I didn't say it was easy...just not as bad as normal horses and you know...oh he was bad with words sometimes. Though he had to hold back amusment at the whole elf thing. But Nightmare did have her point. Well she's not here now but when she gets back I can guarntee she'll paper you and the foals like no tomorrow. A snort and a nicker, pawing lightly at the floor to stir up some wind. This was kinda agaonizing.

Iris bowed in her odd way. "The Oracle is no longer seeing questioners, Lord." Oop, nickname for Tarathiel. Flaw. "She has been..." she struggled for the right word, because she did not understand herself. "...tired." Speaking withoutn being asked....flaw. Recognizing someone other than her assigned master. Flaw. Not stopping the drow when her instructiosn were "stop anyone..." Flaw. She was very falwed it seemed. She stepped aside from the entrance. "I have heard speaking of being...worried." She rolled the word, becuase she'd never used it before.
"Returning the favor, hm? How does her fair then?" She took to the stairs, intenting to get a good look at the wizard that cause so much rukus when he arrived. "Meilikki knows him, hsi father visited her once. She told me the story."
"The sitution, unforutantly, cannot be judged by intention. But by deed. You DID make me suffer. You DID violete my personal space." He growled and shoook his fists. He was not going to talk aobut this, he had thought he had made it perfectly clear!
He looked back when she dropped the scetch book....and walked away. Then paused...Damn it. He couldn't ignore his own convictions. Paladin...if not in every sense of the word, at least in one....he picked up the book and stalked after Kat, grumbling.

"Innoruuk's power in this realm is weak at best. there was never a promise if I died heer I would get brought back. and the Oracle's insistance on us staying alive made me think that was a reason. after all, if I woudl simply be ressurected, why the worry. I'm still the Chosen of Hate, and I still have his other gifts. but that one which I don't think he can grant me totally..I gave up to protect you, and our home."
He walked over to her, and caress her cheek, or where he cheek was in the mask.
"Nothing is taking me away from you."
Nightmare snorted and let out a long string of curses..and hey..is that...lord that has to hurt. spurts of fire, before out came a little flaming foal. But Nightmare wasn't done yet. the fola at least new damn well to get away from mommy, lest they get hit by a flailing hoof, while thier twin tried to weasel thier way out of teh womb as well.

The elf limbed across the sloping stalagmite, one that seemingly reached the roof of this large cavern in the southern tunnels of this dark labyrinth. The elf had wandered through the southern lakes and seas for several years now, and had finally wandered into the complex housing Deep Water. He had never sought this place, nor any other. He searched this world as a whole, not looking for a tangible thing, but an idea, or a philosophy, that might make some sense out of his question.
That question...
The elf walked towards the only structure that held any significance where he was currently standing, the only structure that seemed to bring some semblance of society to this backwater hole in the ground.
It was gloomy, and rather unwelcoming from this distance, its appearence was that of a Fortress, but it seemed rather pathetic compared to the monstrous castles he had seen to the far west. The Storm Giants had spent an age building their defenses, and it would take an equal amount of time to take them down. Odd, how he was comparing this little knoch to another far away... Then again, it didn't matter. The Storm Giants would never come here, and her would never go to the Storm Giants.
The elf was walking rather slowly, his left leg still numb from that earthquake that surprised him, as they almost always did. He was an elf, and one meant to live on the surface at that, but he had never known the warmth of that semi-fictious sun that his father and master always spoke of with such praise and love. Now though, both men were dead, and the sun forgotten by most of the younger generations.
The earthquake had destroyed the landing he was walking across, and being unable to fly or walk through the dirt, this elf had a rough run of it. He had a few scrapes and scratches, and brused from head to toe.
The distance was fairly long from here to there, keen elvish eyes marking the distance well. With the injuries sustained it would be a long walk, since the elf was in no great hury. Perhaps, most of his wounds would heal before he got there, perhaps not. It didn't really matter.

Eliot, takign out the fresh bottle of water she had gathered followed Aella up the stares. SHe would have to dripple water itno Warren's mouth anyways. "Story?" She asked curiously.
Kat kept walking, trying hard to ignore the sounds of an angry...Vah she thought he was called, behind her. She turned though when he growled something. She didn't know if it had been her name or just a growl to get her attention. She lefted her head a little in order to hide the silent tears that where on her cheaks. Sh emanaged nto to snidd, or even sound like she was cryign and for that she gave herself a mental pat on the back.
"I am repsecting your boundries, unless you think being in the same room constitutes a vilation." she said, a little venom to her voice.

Eca nodded her thanks and took the sword. She drove it into the ground by the base of the statue, where that sickly beam of light seemed to be the brightest. Eca winked at the two overs. She did like to see such happy things, made her life seem worth it all, even if they weren't from her plane.
The ground around the sword lit, and the weapon was infused with the sunlight, concentrating itself, become pure and beautiful It became so bright as to obscured the statue, the sword, Eca's shadow. When the light faded, Eca was gone. But the sword was there, gleaming with an odd inner light. Ton was no where to be seen.
Moonstone simply handed the book to her, not looing at her, and grumbling. What the hell did she expect him to say? Sorry, my fault, your fogiven? Don't think so. But he didn't snap back, didn't much have the engery for it. He was afterall, stillw onded, adn trying to recuperate. Not to mention regrow a large amount of flesh that no rested in a kobold's stomach.
"Yeah." She think she liked talking with this girl, she'd never had a girlfriend before...."Warren was really sick as a kid. He had some desease that deterorated huscles and his immune system. Almost since the time he was bron he was bed ridden with sickness after sickness. A comman cold would have him near death for weeks. So his father went to visit the Oracle...well, Meilikki's mother, Meilikki wasn't really the Oracle in residence yet. She was just little."
"My former masters, but they were expected and allowed to pass. That was three days ago. Since then, fifteen others. Mostly from Lostagrace. Were very angry to be turned down. But I took care of them, m'Lord."

Eliot was surprised, almost. "I guess that explains why he is so thin... and why he had trouble carying one of my size." She had noticed from Morelle's body after all. She felt good, she liked talkign to Aella... it was just so easy.
Kat looked at the book and blinked for a moment, not really comprehending what it was. She then by instinct reached to her pocket to find her bookd was missing. She frowned... odd that it would fall out, that had never happened before. She gingerly took the book, taking care not even to brush his fingers. Said a brief thank you, and not sure what to do, she pulled out her pencil, sat against the wall in te halway and began to draw. Tears dried on her face.

"Oh. I see." He had been gone for over three days, interesting. "I'll see you later then, Iris." Tarathiel said as he walked by, "Thank you for performing your duties so well." The drow walked to the maze wall, and simply threw his portable hole over the wall to climb through, and repeated until he reached the corner where Stonekeep dwelt. He looked about, and noticed the blood stained grass, and the smell of a wet cat. "I wonder..."
The drow walked to the door, and knocked. "A Drow Prince, Pirate Captain, Feeder of the Orphans and Saviour of the World."

Moonstone simply lifted an eyebrow at this...odd behavior. "Um....wht are you doing?"
Aella looked down at the prone wizard, whistling. "Wow, he loooks like he's going to snap in half." She poked at Warrne's arm. "It's like he has no meat on him at all. Does he eat alot? I mean, I know alot of wizards are skinny cause they get so caught up in their studies that they can't sleep, but this is like...anorexia." Well, that was a bit of an exageration, she was just not used to people who looked skinnier than she did.
Meilikki jumped a bit in her chair, startled. She had been in a most...unorderly state. Chair pulled close to the fire, legs thrown over one arm, and head resting agiast the high back. She had been meandering on the edge of sleep for some time in that postition. Standing now, she took a moment to straighten her dress and her hair, which had become somewhat tossled looking, and was glad that no one had seen her. She tried to make a point of looking her best, even if she had no idea what she looked like.
She opened the door, lifting an eyebrow and smiling a little bit. "Add a few more titles to your name whilst you were out?"

"I should know that...it's just...never crossed my mind really. Or had been in the back of it where I didn't think on it. And she smiled, but even it if wasn't seen it reached her eyes, making gold flick in that happy mood indicator way. Piper took his hand in her own, intertwining their fingers. "I'll hold you to your word on that Malik D'Vinn." Then her attention flitted over Eca, watching a moment before seemed like nothing had ever happened before, just a sword being left behind.
One little Zephmare, then a second...and that seemed to be it. Well he was okay with that. And both scrambled on long awkward shaky legs away from mother, who wasn't a happy horse to say the least. Give her a moment to regain her composure. Serino nuzzled at her again, giving a little nicker. See, all over and look. A turn of his head to the twins who were checking each other out.
Though they were Zephmares...and Zephmares were born much in the way a Zephyr was...transaparent...well mostly. One was completely so except for its eyes and the bit of tendril esk flame swirling its hooves and the mane and tail of fire. A bit of stumbling before taking a look at mom and dad...and giving a shake. Color seemed to splash onto it's hide. It had the appreance of a shadow black horse, with a star of tan color on it's forehead. Amber eyes blinked and looked to the other.
This one was...half transparent. Natural black coloring from Nightmare's genes permanent and already present. Though the black was patterned in such a manner that it looked like the little foal was wearing war horse armor along its head and back. It's mane and tail were also tipped in fire, the rest being natural hair. Red eyes blinked and then this one two gave a shake, coloring the rest of itself to be in view, taking on Serino's coloring. There we are, two perfectly visible foals.

Kat looked up at Moonstone and blinked, she had thought what she was doing was obviouse. "I'm drawing." She said a little puzzled. She looked down at her rough skecth, she had chosen the look on Moonstones face when he had pinned her. She thought, with a little pride, she had cought his look perfectly. Angry, but incdedibly handsome...
Eliot looked at the wizard as well, and from lots of roactice, easily tiped back his head so he wouldn't choke and slwoly dribbled water down his throat. "you know I never saw him eat come to think of it." She really had't, he had talked once or twice about getting food, but she had never actually seen him eat. "It is kind of wierd though isn't it? You'd think that if you had finally gotten your life together you would want to... shape up a bit. I mean he can't be happy like this, alway feelign week." She shook her head and sighed. "He is very closed minded, secluded type of person. I don't know why I fell for him."

"Yes actually, DEFENDER of Helm." Tarathiel chuckled, "And one more demi-human knows my real name."
"So, beautif-Meilikki. I assume Malik's visit went well." The drow yawned and streched. " I am certainly beat, fighting my way through a horde of... well, actually, I only fought a few hunters. What you know, those elves who were hunting me took the blunt of it."
"I meet the most interesting little paladin, who told me that I am capable of being forgiven." The drow smiled, "Wouldn't that be nice, wouldn't it."
"You look like you need a nap too, wanna share some sleeping drought? IT will actually work this time, since I am now adversely affected by magic."
The drow smiled and walked to a chair, and sat down. He closed his eyes, "How are you?" Not that he couldn't tell from her posture or facial expression, her slighly less orginized hair, and the way that her normally uplifted self was lower than she usually tried to present herself. "Anything that a-- well, anything I can do for yee?"
