Yea but for me, the PS3 has more to offer, games wise, thats pretty much why I always stuck with a PS consel, they just had more games that appealed to me, just like for you, its basically the same reason.

Well, PS2 was great, more gamewise, but IMO at the moment, PS3 is not worth getting, and getting it because it MIGHT come out with a lot of good games is not enough. I will be getting a Wii and so will Mahana I already got a good number of games worth getting. Twilight Princess, the new SSB title, Sonic the Hedgehog, and a couple of other I have been considering. Not to mention, it is a DECENt price. X-Box 360 may not be one of my choices but I would get one of those before I get a PS3 just because, the graphics and abilities of 360 are equal to that of Ps3 yet it is a LOT cheaper Not to men tion games like Oblivion, DoA(Both the fighting games and the Volleball) Splinter Cell, and a few others. Seriously in the end the price of PS3 is it's ultimate downfall. And the reapson it cost so much, is due to them coming up with this "Two versions of the PS3" garbage. Blu-Ray is stupid, never heard of it until PS3. And why shell out $600 for a gaming console when you could easily get a good comp for that? Not to mention and this goes for X-Box as well, Most people don't buy a gaming platform to use as a Music Player or DVD player or whatnot. Granted it is always a nice extra, but in the end I m n ot buying a gaming system for those features; if that were they case I would buy a DVD Playerm or CD Player. I buy a gaming system for GAMING purposes mainly as do MOST people. Note I said MOST, not all. In the end, it is all personal Perogatve. Just like the fact that DS isn't half bad, I still prefer GBA, but DS is much better than PSP. Being able to play ROMs on it is not worth bringing up as ROMs on it run slow and glitchy(I remember when I tried to play Mario RPG on it) and As for watching DVDs and coming up with a typing program etc I buy a portable gaming system for portable gaming. Same concept if I wanted to tyope I'd get a palm pilot, if I wanted Movies or music, I'd get a portable MP3 player or a mini DVD Player. Not to mention ultimately stuff like Typing programs and ROMs are hacks and therefore, risky and unstable. But, that is just my opinion And yes Ryu I know You were being serious, which is why it was funny, seeing everyone react toward Xiaeriene's antics in such a way.

Guraha is the Hog-like guy, as some have guessed already, and I recently came up with the idea of him. His personality is kinda like Kakashi's, with a little of Beclam(The annoying Youth League Dog from FFX-2 who badmouthed Summoners in Besaid) With a bit of me mixed in. Like Beclam, he gets in your face with his own attitude when characters(Like students) are slacking off, or giving lip, and has that air of superiority about him. Yet like Kakashi, he can be a bit goofy, and enjoys rubbing it in yoru face when you make an a** out of yourself(Like during the training when Naruto fell in the pitfall and he waved the bells in front of him afterward making lots of snide comments) Has anyone yet realized the symbolism I put behind his name?

See, I figure its worth getting the PS3, because 1. It comes out anround the time I file my income taxes (or atleast prepare them) and I make about 200 with that, plus instead of getting Masamune, I am having my b-day gift money put on the PS3, so bam! got that, plus I get about an average of 200 from the familey between birthday and christmas money (The ONLY advantage of having your birthday 4 days before christmas is double the gifts, and in gifts I mean cash >.>) so bam! I get myself a few games too. And where TNA Impact! and Devil May Cry 4 are going to be release titles for it, those are right on my list.
ANd PSP, again, just has more to offer for me in games, its got Monster Hunter, Deception Unchained, Twisted Metal: Head on, Dynasty Warriors, Death Jr., and soon, its own version of Devil May Cry, so I am all good, plus Crisis Core will be out sometime soon (hopefully), the roms and hacks, are just a bonus, a very good bonus

On the note of not buying a system for the DVD player and CD player. The good part about the 360 is you can rip your favorite music onto it, and use it as the games soundtrack. Dont like the music to some games, I know I dont, rip your favorite cd onto it and bang, you can play it for any game. Thats why whenever I play Oblivion my mind auto wants to listen to Moi dix Mois and Schwarz Stein.

so by a month after it drops, the Wii wil have what? twenty games? as opposed to the PS3's five maybe? I remember the debates in high school about how the PSX was better than the 64 because it had more games. that was the default point.
and as for the CD DVD point, that was the only reson I chose the X BOX ofer the GC

Aside from the Gamecubes obvious lack of mature games. Mario and stuff is nice but it does get old. Now the big game to get on the NGC is Mario Strikers, Mario Kart Double Dash, Metroid Prime(2), Twilight Princess, Wind Waker, and Phantasy Star Online.

Hey guys as a heads up, next weekend I will be disapearing for 2-4 weeks. I got offered a cash job, on the road, I'll be making $2500 to $3000, so its ******** worth it. It'll be a road job all to way between to Arizona to Missuri, back to Arizona, then back home to Maine. The load is like, 125,500,450 pounds (Pending if theres a shuttle or not) and there is just going to be me, my step dad, and the driver, so it'll take on average of 3 weeks, 2 if we're lucky. So yea, if I suddenly disapear next weekend and dont come back for sometime, its because I am making the mad money.
