Clow shook his head slowly to Reeve. Then signaled back to Fen, as he slowly got to his feet and stared right at her, "...No. Just passed through. But Fen...it's...Time." He sighed, as he slowly made his way, casually, towards her.

Clow kneeled down beside Fen, who was still laying on the couch((I think)). He then placed a hand on her forehead, brushing some bangs out of her face. He then brought it back to her forehead, as he looked back at Reeve, "...Wish me luck." With that he looked back to her, closing his eyes. Within moments he had become still; no breathing, no movement at all. His spirit was no longer inside him.
AN entity of Clow was no inside Fen's head, looking all around, slightly confused. It was only the second time he had to use this.

Clow looked around him watching the memories with wonder. He kept a distance from them and waited for what was next.
