Kaori sighed, as it seemed, at the moment, she only had one of her three students. She looked around to see if she could spot the other two, but they were nowhere to be found. She watched as Kaz pried himself from Nova's playful clutches, then took the offered candy from Sayuri. She smiled at his words, and waved him off when Theo made his presence known, and called for his team. When James walked in, and his team gathered around him, she frowned. It seemed hers was the only team that had only one student show up. That didn't bode well for the genin, but she would give them the benefit of the doubt for the moment. Nova stood, from where Kaz's spear had rolled her, and padded over the Sayuri and rubbed against the poor girl's legs, nearly knocking her over with the force of her affection. Kaori rolled her eyes, but it was in a loving manner. She smiled softly at the girl.
“Nova, stop trying to knock her over, she's human, and you're a tiger, you're stronger than the vast majority of people around”Of course, that mostly meant those of a lower rank, or civilians. Higher ranked shinobi could easily, with training, match or surpass the massive tiger. Kaori took out all the flowers in her hair, all thirty-two of them, and then grabbed a hair band. She gathered her floor-length white hair and threw it into a braid, making sure to weave the dormant white flowers into her hair as she did so. Once that was done, she pinned it all to her head so that it would stay out of the way. "I'll be completely honest with you, I might have the most genjutsu learned of the current jounin, but I have never used genjutsu in combat. My bloodline can be kaied out of, like genjutsu, but it's not actually a genjutsu bloodline. However, I can help teach you genjutsu, though I only have two that are the appropriate skill level for your current rank." She was slightly sheepish about that. As it was, she still needed to aid Nova in training the animal based taijutsu that was available to her. Kaori crossed her arms over her chest and nodded. She still needed the rest of her team before anything else could be done.

Standing in the academy as boys started gathering around him. First was a quiet one covered in robes, his face even hidden, who just stood there not saying anything. Looking at the tamer boy, something seemed .. off. “You seem to be missing.. some-“ suddenly one of the golems that ran around the kage’s office appeared and ran towards them, throwing two headbands at the boy and his tiger before backing away slowly, pointing at its eyes, then at the boy, giving it a glare, Theo just started laughing. “Looks like my mom found another use for my golem jutsu…. And looks like you’re off to a GREAT start there, bud…” He’d he flip through the profile summaries he’d received, looking at the tamer, “So I’m assuming you’re Markus.. I already know Kaz… “ He’d turn to the quiet boy standing to the side, “That’d make you Ewen.. why so quiet, man? We’re all on the same team, should get to know each other some!.” Theo would chuckle a bit, then continue, “So how bout we all introduce ourselves to the squad, eh? I can go first.. I’m Theodin Poe, but most folks just call me Theo. I’m a jounin ninjutsu specialist, but I know a bit of pretty much everything. I use the hyouton and ranton kekkei genkai, and I just met my new friend here, Muunin.” He’d gesture to the large black raven sitting on his shoulder, who’d then squawk out, “Hello caw” Theo would then smile a bit, “Alright, who’s next?”

Markov was standing in a corner of the Academy, and only scoffed when he heard Sayuri speak. “Oh please Sayuri,” the tall, tanned genin smiled as he walked out of the shadows and toward his friend. “You wouldn’t be able to drag me anywhere even if you wanted to.” He turned to the sensei, a small woman by the name of Kaori, and her beautiful tiger named Nova, who he had seen in the Kazekage’s office days before. “Sensei, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Markov, I’m an explosives expert. It’s nice to meet you.” .

«I»t didn't take long for the rest of group assemble and when they had all arrived, Saqr only shook his head, almost imperceptibly. Too much talking and not enough action. He watched in something bordering horror as one of his teammates, Markus if he had understood Theo correctly, was confronted by the Kage's clone and provided a head band. Not only for himself, but for the beast at his hip too. And the damned bird with the eyes of a predator. Those were his eyes, God damnit. Animals made his uncomfortable, since he never was able to read them like he could a vendor at the market.
This petulance in his own thoughts made him crack a smile, which was ultimately hidden by his outfit. He listened closely nonetheless as his teacher spoke and introduced himself. When he said his real name, Ewen, again, he almost cracked right then and there. Instead, he waited until the man was finished and spoke up. He found the truth was always the best when it came to the battle of words and not flesh, so that's what he'd be doing here. Telling the truth.
"Words sow confusion and regret." He stopped for a breath, collecting his thoughts, and shoved on. "And please, I prefer Saqr to Ewen." He left it at that for now. If pressed, he would give up more, but he wasn't wont to give out information about himself unless it was pertinent. There were at least two other full squads in the room and even his own teammates could turn out to be potential enemies or spies. So, he settled back against the desk and turned his cold stare to the reaming two Genin he'd been partnering with.

Kaori smiled when Sayuri was startled by Nova, and then the third member of their four person team. She shook her head at them both, but it was in amusement. She looked them over and nodded slightly,
“Hello, Markov. This is Nova."Nova flicked her ears and tail at Markov, then turned her head and licked Sayuri's shoulder, just because she could. Kaori face palmed and gave her partner a dirty look, "Behave you. Now, we have a Yamanaka, and a Bakuton. Not bad at all. My bloodline is the Raigyo clan. I can control emotions of my opponents through pheromones. I know a fair bit of taijutsu, and can help with that as well. Now, are you the physical style? Or the Clay style? And I know, and have access to, Fuuton and Doton ninjutsu." She looked between the two, and blinked when one of her flowers in her hair unraveled it's roots from her hair and started to skitter down her arm. She stopped it before it did and gave it a look. The flower 'looked' at her, and rewound it's roots into her hair and went back to sleep. She turned back to her students, hoping the other one would show up soon. She didn't want to go searching for them."As for willing volunteers, I'll give you a few clones to have some fun with. Much better than the dummies around here. So... any questions?"

Markov’s eyes shifted from his sensei to his friend and remained there for some time, the teen’s smile widened in amusement. “I’d love to see you try, Sayuri. I don’t think you’d get very far, if truth be told. I know for a fact you can’t throw a punch.” Markov laughed and put his hand on top of his long red headband. The thing wasn’t comfortable, it weighed on him, both literally and figuratively, but his attention then shifted to his teacher, the woman with the tiger. “That’s a hard question to answer; I can use both, ma’am.” He shifted in place and showed the palms of his hands to the Raigyo woman, tongues sticking out. He did have a question, actually, but he was unsure how to form it at first, it took some seconds of fidgeting to get it out just right. “So… you use your sex appeal to fight? Because that’s all I’m getting when it comes to pheromones… Or is there more to your abilities? Regardless, that sounds pretty cool, but it’s not my style.”
After some time resting, Hotaru would finally feel a bit better, her dizzy spell now gone. She still had the migraine, but that was of little worry. pulling herself to her feet, she'd hoist her greathammer up onto her shoulder and walk over to her squad. "You're my squad leader, I'd assume?" Hotaru slammed the top of the hammer on the floor, effectively standing it up on its head. "Nice to meetcha. My name's Hotaru." Hotaru bowed her head slightly to james, then nodded at the other two.

Kaito examined the food from afar, he observed it. Then realizing it was safe to eat, dug right in. He mostly had been eating fruit and drinking water during his training session. Though in two days he had learned 11 Techniques. So he would've nearly killed himself. Sonyo introduced herself. Kaito stopped eating for a moment, looked away. He didn't take her hand, but he mumbled "K..Kaito Nakumi, Medical Specialist" Then he remembered his "Sensei" was whipping something up for him. Though, he knew he was gonna refuse to take it. He didn't like not knowing ingredients that he's putting in his body. Then Hotaru came over, Kaito didn't really have an opinion of the newcomer. He returned to back eating. He took another glance around the room, noticing the genin and jounin alike. He spotted Markus again, looking confident as ever. He spotted Sayuri talking to her jounin and another genin, he couldn't help but smile at her. It looks like everyone was excited to be where they were at. Kaito didn't exactly know what he wanted in life. He had a goal, a sense of purpose, but that was it. He quickly looked back at his food and continued to eat. He ate slowly, absorbing every mouthful he could. He felt a little better after consuming food. Though, something did bother him. Being a Medical Specialist, in a group with two other Medical Nins, it seemed to be medical heavy. Wouldn't that cause for missions to be more difficult. What if they were taken out? Wouldn't that leave the village in a disarray of sorts? He knew he wasn't going to die. He had a reason to live, which when he was six he didn't. So to have found a reason, meant that he would fight to get stronger. To heal the scar. To live. To love. Then he remembered something his grandmother had said to him: "Only a few of the greatest healers in the world can do what I'm about to say. On an island far from Suna, lives a great slug. Her healing Powers are the creations of legends. Only a few has ever been able to get to that island and contract a summoning from her and her family." Maybe one day, he could try his luck. To become the strongest medical Nin. And to heal the world of its scar...
Kaz was surprised to see that he now had a raven for a pet. Training along as a battle pet as well. This man seemed to have a nack for impressing. Seeing the other new member to the party had him curious on everyones abilities. The quiet reserved member had him slightly unnerved. Once he spoke up it only gave him further doubt about this one. Kaz's head twitched some at the tone and response this student was giving. Taking his spear off his back he spun it once giving a slightly flashy introduction. Holding his spear out horizontally he spoke up. "Kaz Mugen, Tamer and Bukijutsu, spear specialist. Golden eyes of the Kinmukugan. Tsumi here is my partner." Looking over to his female wolf companion. Pausing for a moment he looked over to his teammate. "Saqr? Point is to learn about your teammates and put that knowledge to use based on their abilities. Unless... There is nothing you pride yourself on?" He said slightly smug. He knew the man had some ability that should not be made light of. But disrespecting the team by not sharing was something else entirely.

Kaori shook her head at Markov, it was a valid question, and it would not be unheard of for a Raigyo clan member to use their sex appeal against the opposite gender. She, however, did not. At his question, Nova snorted outright,
"Nah, she's too much of a tiger to fight like that. And relax cub, I wouldn't take the flesh from your bones. Our enemies however.... Kaori I never did get a leg or an arm!"“As blunt as Nova can be, she's right. I use the pheromones to control someone's emotions, up to making them confess to anything they have done, or keeping mass crowds calm during evacuations. And that is interesting, being able to use both styles of your bloodline. That's the first I've heard of such a feat."Kaori ignored the rest of Nova's statement, since it would end up being a never ending conversation they just didn't need to get into at the moment. At Sayuri's look, when the flower came alive, and then her request to prove Markov wrong, she smiled and nodded, "My only restriction is no going in for the kill. And don't worry too much about the flowers in my hair, they're unique to me, not even any other Raigyo would know of them. They listen to me completely." She figured that she should reassure them that the flowers were not a threat, unless she wanted them to be a threat. She stood back and crossed her arms, watching her two present students."Show me what you've got."

Her spine is so flexible that she is able to twist in such a way that, no matter how she was thrown, she can and will (the obvious exception here being death or unconsciousness) always land on her feet. This also gives her a boost in her jumping abilities, and in her evasion, though only marginal in those areas. • Increased Hearing: Being a tamer, her hearing is more acute than the average shinobi • Increased Smell: Being a tamer, her sense of smell is better than the average shinobi, but weaker than any tamer with a canine partner

He let a chuckle escape him, his green eyes never left Sayuri. What was she thinking? “I promise I won’t hurt you too badly, Sayuri. I’ll try to avoid hitting your pretty face, you know, I wouldn’t like to damage it.” The bronze man uncrossed his arms, bent his knees and back slightly and gave a wild smile, the same one he would always give when he was about to beat the crap out of someone, but that was all for show, he would never hit Sayuri, not really. He would put up a fight, just for show at first, but would ultimately let her win, he figured he deserved it for being kind of a jerk to her in his rhetoric.

Shintenshin no Jutsu [ Mind Body Switch Technique ] Rank: C -> Trained to B Official Description: The Mind Body Switch Technique is the signature ability of the Yamanaka clan. Originally, this ninjutsu was suited for intelligence-gathering missions rather than battle. With it, a ninja sends his mind into a target's body supplanting the target's mind with their own. The user transfers their consciousness to the target, giving them complete control of the body for a short period of time. While in control of the body, the user is able to communicate with the target. As the user propels all of their mental energy, the shooting range and number of hits are considerably limited. It is also possible for the user to switch bodies with the target. This has great strategic value when used on a team-mate as neither body is left incapacitated and they may also make use of the user's abilities as well as their own while doing this. To remain inconspicuous when spying, the user can perform this technique on an animal, such as a hawk, which they can use to do aerial reconnaissance. Normally, their original body is left defenseless while this technique is active, leaving it susceptible to attack until they return. The mind transfer moves in a straight direction and takes some time to return to the user's body if it misses. Because of these reasons, it should only be used on immobilized targets.
