It was like a dream sequence. Not that she'd ever had one like this before, but the feel of it was unreal. The moon lighting up the water, the very fact that there they were- actually standing on the water. Not standing, even. After he'd asked her she'd fallen to her knees and faced him too so that they were eye level. It had happened, he had asked her. She could finally relax and just let it all go, not having to wonder if she would have to be the one to ask him. It was perfect now. "Yes, yes I will. Can I do anything less?" her arms flew around Rivven, the ring in between them now.

Rivven gave an audible sigh of relief; he'd known she would say yes, but never had been particularly self confident, and reasonless doubts came often to him. He started to chuckle joyously, kissing her on one cheek and then the other, leaving the ring in his hand between and wrapping the other around her back, kissing her again and again as he broke full out into happy, relieved laughter. He pulled her close and smiled, jovial as a child. He didn't know what to say, he couldn't think of anyway to sum up his feelings right about then. He just slowly let the chuckles fade away and kissed her lightly on the lips. He'd forgotten completly about the water, around or below them, but he was used enough to holding multiple spells at once that it all held steady even while he failed to notice they existed. He looked into her eyes and let them absorb him, he saw nothing, nothing at all but Morgan at the time. Morgan, his fiance.

"Mab, Mab I can't wait to tell everyone! I'm so excited and exausted at the same time!" she kissed him then just held on for a little bit. She hadn't been sure that he was planning anything, in fact the invitation for him to move in was the most she wanted to push the subject at the time. They should start getting home though, a little voice in her head told her. It would soon be almost two.

"Yeah, I guess we'll have to- oh, god, I've just proposed and I don't know a thing about weddings! I haven't even planned any of it out yet, there's so much to settle..." he shook his head and laughed again, holding her close with that one arm while he stood, bringing her up with him, and kissed her on the lips once they had. "...but if you're tired let's start by getting you home. One last thing first though; wouldn't you like to try it on?" he said, smiling and taking half a step back to give the ring a bit of space between them to be seen in, as he recalled the water at last and let it slowly settle gently around them.

Laughing some to herself for missing such a thing, she nodded and held out her hand "It's alright, we can work on this together. I don't know much about weddings either. I'd like to be married soon though if we can help it."

"Then soon the wedding shall be! We can do it after tomorrow even, if we can through together what we'll need in time and spread the word about." he said, reluctantly taking his arm from around her, and picking up the ring gently in one hand to slip it over her finger, kissing the knuckle it came to rest against. "What do you think?"

"I say that would be perfect! I have a habit of...runningoutonthegroomsolet'smakesurewedothissoon" she slurred and ran the words together, blushing. Her hand went under his chin and brought it up for her to kiss "Let's go to bed now."

He paused and blinked several times, and then smiled deviously as he peiced the words together. "Well, let's hope you don't, becuase you've committed now, and I'll go right ahead and snatch you up and bring you back to that wedding if you give it a try. Nor after it. Now, I guess you're right, let's go back." he said, and kissed her lips a bit more deeply this time as he put the old ring box into a pocket on the inside of his jacket, and then scooped her up in both arms, holding her up and kissing her as the water moved itself and carried him up and over on a little platform to the edge of the lake, where he finally broke it as it set them down, and carried her back to the school.

"You'd snatch me up?" she repeated, amused "Is that a promise? I might just do it for the ending." Morgan kissed him back, grateful that he was able to steer them across to the other side. If she had gotten a wind element or even fire she would have been able to transport them back that way. As it were she only had about an hour and a half before she turned into the Morrigan.

"Ready." she kissed him back and kept close to him "It sounds like you get along with them so well, the servants in my house -I don't know if I already told you- weren't allowed to talk to the masters of it."

"I have always believed that in order to have a good staff you must treat them well. It is a mark of pride that I consider them family, I could ask no more from them then what they freely give up. Well also provided they are paid better then most others would do, but that only gets them in. They have to some how cope with one another which gets the bond to be so strong. That is why I trust them so. So tell me more of your former home?"

The wind came from the east blowing in gentle to cool down the summer heat that has been blazing through as of late. Most of the grass was now of the colors of yellows and browns. Threatening to be lit by the tighnest spark or lightening strike thank goodness they hadn't had a forest fire...yet. How long has it been now? Three? Four months? That sounded right...or perhaps it had been longer. Not a year...that was too long.

Who knows...not even Reaper kept track of the time of how long she had been absent from Black Amber. Reaper did regret a few things already as she stood outside the entrance of the grand forest. Whispers from the Elders and Mother told her of what has been happening while she had mysteriously vanished. There were so many things she had missed because of her absence..things that she didn't want to miss.

Reaper sighed deeply. She wondered if she would even be allowed within the Black Amber anymore considering she had disappeared for so many months without a single word. Not leaving a note to anyone about why she had left abrubtly..not even to Quils. She was regretting that mostly as she stood there at the entrance. He above all deserved at least a note no..he deserved more then that from her.

Heh..that is if he even recognized Reaper now. Those months gone missing had completely changed her. Well, at least physically she didnt' know about mentally or emotionally. She was sure Aes was glad of not having to bother with her like he always had. She was always coming home with some sort of wound or scar.

So...there she was. Reaper stood at the entrance of the forest debating wether or not it was wise to enter. She wasn't ready to face Quils yet...besides..she had to check up on Dieal and Darksun. And those two were at the Women's lodging. Taking a few steps back Reaper turned and started to head for the women's lodging.

Quils sat at the edge of a small drinking pool, glaring icily at his reflection and tracing the scar across his chest before dunking his face and taking the warm water into his mouth. Id had become more agitated lately, especially due to all the 'simple' fights they had been involved in. Having disappeared weeks ago to pursue information on his parents. The months prior he spent searching for Teresa tediously.

Ultima had not slept in at least four days. He was afraid to, afraid what could be learnt of him while he slept. After leaving his peach of watching Pale the others delegate he had wandered into the wilderness again. This time desperate to find the only one he still trusted in this damn place. The only problem was that Reaper had been missing for some time now.
