I agree with you Crystal, the movie did seem a bit rushed, and I totally forgot about Percy! Now I wish he was in the movie. I really hope that there are many deleted scenes and what-not. Fred. =( He wasn't in the movie nearly enough. I kinda wish they kept his death scene in the book, it was perfectly fine.
And I know a bunch of people just loved the Prince's tale scene, but I thought it was totally lacking something. But Alan Rickman's performance was just perfect.
Nobody really cheered at anything. I heard some noise when Ron and Hermione kissed, and when Molly called Bellatrix a b***h, but that was it. I think people would've cheered more if that one kid didn't have a seizure, because I know I lost a bit of concentration on the movie after that.
Neville and Luna...so random in my opinion but very cute.

I cried for Snape, never thought that would have happened in a million years. I wish they had shown more of the whole Fred-Percy death scene too but I did like the scene with Fred and George, where George is asking if he's okay.
Everyone in my theater cheered, including me. I was a total ball of raw nerve endings last night and still am, lol.
Sucks that kid had a seizure right before everything (or that he had it at all), my point is it sucks it happened.
I was kinda confused that they killed Snape where they did. That wasn't where it was suppose to be.
@Crystal: Haha, that would have been funny to see.

What would have been funny to see?
Ok so I forgot but the most random of the cosplays last night? Waldo. That's right, someone didn't want to be just another Harry Potter cosplay so he dressed as Waldo instead. As in where's Waldo. Even had the hat. If I can get someone to send me a pic (since my phone's camera is broken) I'll post it.

WALDO? I need to see that pic.
Seriously.
Midnight Premieres are so much fun, and I'm very glad I got to go to this last, final one for Harry Potter.
So when the '19 Years Later' scene came, and all the next gen. kids are going off to Hogwarts, this one guy next to me was like, 'So now there's going to be another seven movies?'
I almost wished there was....I'm not ready to let goooo!

Well it's true everyone else was laughing at it, but it made me feel really out of place like a diamond ring in a box of plastic kids jewelry.

SO many people laughed at Voldemorst expressions his smiling and just some of his looks were hilarious for me, one thing i did find funny was when professor McGonagall said "she always wanted to use that spell, i couldn't help but laugh! I had a very expressive crowd, so it made it more enjoyable
About the lines people started lining up at 5 to 9 am i was like wow man dedication! There was so many people, i thought it was awesome but parents cosplaying i was like that's whats up rofl

Can I make a suggestion? Since there is so much discussion about the movie, why doesn't someone make a thread for it? There are some people (me included) who haven't yet seen the movie and do not wish to hear all about if before we go see it. Creating a thread allows you to talk about it as much as you like without spoiling it for the rest of us. I really wasn't expecting to hear all about the movie when I looked at this thread, and now I can't read any of the posts! [[And yes, I HAVE read the book. But the movies are often quite different.]]
There's already a thread about the premiere, but that seems to be mostly about the cosplay and waiting for the premiere, etc. You could make another thread about the actual movie.

@Icee: We knew, we just forgot in the excitement. We are sorry. *going to edit post*
So what is everypony up to?
I'm at a relatives. Grandma decided she was gonna babysit my aunt & uncles 3 kids (ages 6,5, and not quite 1) for a week and since I have to be taken care of too (partially due to disability, but lately more because of health issues) I had to come along. There's no guest room, no spare beds, no food I can eat, and a lot of noise, messes, smells, poop (quite literally), and fighting. So yeah, I'm not very happy this week. sad In fact once its over if grandma wants to do anything like this again within a year I will probably kill myself rather than go through it again.
