- poke - You have to make a fairly good (understandable) reason on how you ended up in Oto. >.> Non-Konoha Hyuugas were supposed to have been wiped out in other villages (Guild storyline-wise), but with a few of the stronger exceptions. Though the head of family brought out a small part of the clan with her before the Fire Master successfully locked down Konoha and they would be settling down in Iwa... Well, you could say your character got lost from the group, and ended up in Oto... xD

No but any Naruto fan would know that's Neji, even if it's a fan-drawing. Besides the quote in the drawing saying 'The Hyuuga Prodigy' sure tells you that is Neji.
